Naruto walked down the streets of Konoha with his hands in his pockets. He thought that Sai's official turn over to the good side and the reassurance that Sasuke was okay would be enough to keep his spirits up but his body wasn't good at fooling himself for too long.

He was pretty pissed.

He didn't exactly have a mean look on his face really. He was more pouting with his eyebrows furrowed downward. People walking by could tell he was upset but also could tell that it was probably one of those "Best left alone" situations for him to get over.

Still, it's not like this wasn't without merit. He had failed... big time. And people knew it too... sure... BUT he still had outlets for his anger to rely on that always led to good results. Well... there was that one time it didn't but that was 3 years ago.

"Konohamaru... wonder where he could be...?" Naruto muttered to himself. He wanted to see if he could at least get a little kick out of kicking the kid in the butt for a bit. For nice and healthy good fun of course.

Konohamaru at that point was at a nearby training ground, working on his chakra control by running on the water.

He heard that Naruto had just come back from their latest attempt to retrieve Sasuke Uchiha and that it didn't turn out so well...

That meant that Naruto was not in a good mood and his boss tended to take out his frustrations on him in a more violent than not sparring session combined with humiliating bets that normally ended with Konohamaru on the short stick of those sessions...

Konohamaru had a smile on his face though as he recalled that one time where he did get one over on Naruto and hoped that if Naruto decided to try to make another go at him, that he'd be able to reproduce that moment again...and this time keep it going...

"HEY! KONOHAMARU!" Naruto's voice echoed from behind the kid all of a sudden!

It was a rush of excitement that suddenly burst through him as he didn't want to hold back on messing with Konohamaru at all today. He had figured he was by the training ground and when he saw him working on his chakra control, he just had to sneak up on him to scare his little hide out of concentration for the hell of it.

"I'm back! And I think I'm ready to have another crack at a fun little bet." Naruto continued with his wide grin and a wink, signaling how ready he was despite the previous wear down of the defeat of the last mission lingering still.

Konohamaru jumped as Naruto shouted behind him but stayed on the water by landing on his feet.

After taking a couple of breathes and realizing that Naruto wanted in on another bet he said, "Sure thing, any ideas on what the penalty is this time?" He was certain that he'd be able to win especially as he could still see some wear on Naruto from his last mission...

Naruto smirked as he stood in the water with his hands in his pockets. An easy win is just what the doctor ordered.

"Hmm... well... Let's see if we can do a bet that's simple today. Just a simple brawl for right now. The condition is that you can only be declared the loser if... uh... haha! If you lose your pants! Then you lose. And the loser has to walk around Konoha for the rest of the day in their underwear."

It was a simple dare with a simple stipulation of embarrassment to start off with. Should be fun.

Konohamaru smirked once he heard the bet and the stipulations around it and soon formed fists in his hands and said to Naruto, "In that case, bring it on!"

Konohamaru felt extra confident that he could take down Naruto and get it started to how it was 3 years ago...

Naruto was a little surprised by how sure of himself Konohamaru seemed to be here. Then again, that was probably just the usual mild confidence and excitement he had whenever he accepted a fight.

"Alright. Here goes." Naruto smirked and rushed right at him. Nothing grand. He was planning on utilizing quick speed to take him down. He was fast and managed to bring his fist up, ready for a punch...

The moment Naruto went in with the punch was the moment Konohamaru used the Substition Jutsu to get behind him as Naruto instead punched a log of wood.

The moment that Naruto was distracted by the log was the moment Konohamaru made a quick kick to the back of the head before immediately going after Naruto's pants as he fell into the water

Naruto smirked as he saw his fist connect with something solid. His smirk faded when he realized that it was a log of wood. It turned into a huge grimace of pain when he realized how much it heard instead! He shrieked and grabbed his hand for a split second before he felt the hard kick to the back of his head make him go dizzy in the face.

It shot his head forward and made him headbutt the log of wood, making him tumble and fall forward into the water. He couldn't even react when Konohamaru went after his pants.

Konohamaru smirked as he successfully removed Naruto's pants revealing the Transformer undies that he was wearing and giggled as he said, "Really you still wear undies, at your age?" before eventually laughing wholeheartedly
