Gaara went a bit silent at Naruto's mention of feeling like he had a mother. It was one subject that both of the boys could relate to and one of the things that created the bond of friendship the two have. They both lost their mothers during their birth, but for the difference of someone acknowledging them, one turned into a monster and the other wouldnt give up. "Ahhh, I suppose that would be nice..." The thought caused an image of a babied Naruto popped into the sand ninja's head out of nowhere that confused the boy.

"Hey Gaara i was wondering if you wanted to stay here after your meeting? I could cook dinner and get some snacks." Naruto saw that gaara was in thought. "Is there something wrong Gaara I'm more than happy to help you with anything you need"

Gaara finally broke out of his trance as Naruto's question brought him back. '"Oh. Um. Sorry Naruto, just lost in thought. Nothing's wrong." The sand ninja replied before noticing the time. "I best get going, but sure dinner sounds fine." The red head said as he shook the blond's hand and headed out toward the Kage compound for his meeting. Thoughts were still going through his head about the diapered Naruto, acting like a baby, using his diapers. Why were these thoughts in his head...

Naruto smiled and went to the kitchen to start preparing dinner. "What should I make for dinner maybe a spicy stir fry would be nice". he started to chop the vegetables.

Gaara was finishing up his meeting with Lady Tsunade, when the Hokage finally questioned the Kazekage about why he seemed so distracted. The sand ninja knew he wouldnt be able to lie to her but also figured she probably already knew what Naruto did, there was no way she didnt. Esepcially if he had done something out of the village.. "Well I had gotten to town early and decided to stop and see Naruto, and....um..." The Hokage understood what had happened right away, she couldnt help but smirk a bit, the scene had to be something for the sand ninja. The two talked for a bit longer before Gaara finally had to leave and headed back to Naruto's.

Naruto was just putting the last touchs on the stir fry. "Well that is done now to go and change myself before he gets back from the meeting." he got a new diaper and went to the bathroom to change into it

Gaara got back to Naruto's apartment and knocked on the door again, this time using his sand to keep it in place from moving, just in case so not to repeat the earlier awkward incident. "Naruto? Are you home?"

Naruto just finished setting up the table."Yes I am here i just finished making dinner for us gaara". "I hope you like stir fry" he smiled softly and blushed

Gaara opened the door, removed his shoes, and headed into the kitchen. He was a bit surprised that Naruto could cook. "I have to be honest Naruto, I didn't think you knew how to cook. From everything I've heard and know I figured you just did ramen or instant food all the time..." The red head took a seat at the table, looking over the spread. "This looks really good.."

"well dig in gaara there is more if you are still hungry afterwards" "But can I ask you something gaara" "last time I was in the sand village temari talked about you she said that you had a crush on someone in the leaf village" "do you want me to help you ask them out?" he asked totally unaware of who he had a crush on
