It was an average night of crime fighting for the PJ Masks. Their leader Conner aka Catboy was in his element out speeding Night Ninja.

"Super Cat Speed!" He says catching all of Night Ninja's Sticky traps with ease and finesse. "Catch!" He throws them right back at Night Ninja and his Ninjalinos. Sticking them on the wall of an alleyway.

"Grrr...stupid furball!" Night Ninja whines "you are going to pay when i get down from here!"

Catboy waves Gekko and Owlette off and heads to the hideout. The next morning Conner is walking to school from the hideout, obviously tired by how he is struggling to stay awake.

"Ugh...why does the sun have to be so bright..." He thinks as he is the first at the gate.

"Conner!" Gregg calls out. Having had a better night sleep than conner. "Where were you? We stopped by your place and you weren't home."

"Oh! I had a little more to do at the hideout than i thought and before i knew it the sun was up" he explains laughing nervously. "Come on we don't want to be late for our spelling test" he says trying to change the subject.

"Oh! I...was cleaning the hideout." Conner says avoiding eye contact.

"All by yourself?" Gregg asks feeling bad.

"Uh...Yeah! I used super cat speed to clean up the hideout." Conner lies. He rubs the sleep out of his eyes as he sits at his desk.

Gregg looks toward Amaya with a look of concern for Conner.

Aside from Conner's odd behavior there was no signs of trouble from night time villains. That night as the town slept.. Conner transforms and leaps out of his bedroom window. Unaware that his dark secret would be discovered while he was away. He checks to see if his friends were asleep before running off to the hideout. Gregg had a dummy in his bed which fooled Catboy.

Gekko camoflaged and stuck jst outside conner's bedroom window watches as his friend runs off towards the hideout. "Amaya, Should i follow him? Or investigate his room?" He asks through a walkie talkie. The channel was set so Catboy didn't know what they were talking about
