General Info
Yukio is the not particularly remarkable result of a brief love affair between an American soldier and a lower class, Japanese woman. He was given up to the foster care system after a year or two and bounced around between homes and foster systems. He recently arrived at the Katori foster home just about a month ago.
Physically speaking, Yukio doesn't have much of a problem with bed- or pantswetting. While he has occasional, nighttime and extremely rare, daytime accidents, still, the fact of the matter is that most of the time that his pants end up wet or messy, he's doing it on purpose, to get attention. He has something of a demanding personality, so acting out by behaving childishly is something he falls back on semi-constantly.
