Sonic: Pahkitew Island (with LilJoey)

This opening post will be copy and pasted from another similar thread I did with minor changes.

"All right! Everything's a go! Hi all you viewers! I'm Stripes the Raccoon, the host of the miraculous,spectacular, marvelous, spectacle that's ready to go down TODAY! This island used to be a military base known as Prison Island. After an unprecedented explosion the producers thought it would be a good idea to re-plant and re-inhabit. Now it's known as Pahkitew Island and it's the place where our new show is being held!"

Stripes then turns and points at the second camera for dramatic effect.

"About 26 Sonic characters will be put to the test to see if they can survive on this island. They'll be separated into two teams both of which will be competing to see who can make the other one lose. Which ever team does lose has to vote off a member and when someone is voted off they can never, ever, come back! EVER! This will happen after each challenge. Friendships will be made. Enemies will be gained. Alliences and surprising twists are a given! Probably even a few betrayals if you're lucky. Haha."


Stripes turns again to the unnecessary third camera.

"So who will sink and who will swim? Find out right now on Total Drama... erm... I guess since Sonic's like the big hero we'll just name it after him I guess... with a nice surname. Yeah sure. Total. Drama. Sonic... Pain and Punishment!"

That's when the boat arrives carrying all the contestants.

"I'll explain how the voting a team member off thing is suppose to work later. As soon as everyone gets off the boat I'll tell them which team they're on! This is gonna be awesome!" He grins and walks off.

Alright it's time we choose which characters we want to be. After that, they'll be put on two teams which I'll also post here. Everything we'll need to know will be here on this front page so that if we ever forget someone we can just click back to it and see. Of course, it'll naturally be easier to remember as it goes along. Especially with eliminations skewing the number down. Do you want to pick who we play as by choosing two people per post or do you just want to blurt out who you want? We each need 10 each.

In the distance, one could see a rather small and dingy boat approaching prison Island, and it was packed almost beyond capacity.

Knuckles looked towards Sonic and rolled his eyes. "I can't believe we're actually doing this. I'm supposed to be guarding the Master Emerald, I don't have time to be playing this....this..."

Omega responded to him. "UNNECESSARY REALITY TELEVISION COMPETITION?"

Knuckles nodded. "Yeah, THAT!"

Vector shrugged his Shoulders. "Chill out Knuckles. It really can't be that bad to take a break from the 'real world' and just enjoy some fun and games once in awhile."

Joey quirked a brow. "Y-eah. And this has absolutely nothing to do with FREE publicity for the Chaotix Detective Agency?"

Vector froze and rubbed the back of his head sheepishly, while Espio remained in meditation.

Shadow shrugged his shoulders. "I heard this was going to have competition, and when I found out SONIC was going to be involved...well...I could resist." he flashed a cocky smirk.

Meanwhile, huddled in their own part of the boat were the 3 Babylon Rogues. Jet looked back and forth between Wave and Storm. "Remember, regardless of which of us makes it to the finals, that prize money will be ours and we'll be able to afford the latest in Extreme Gears!"

Wave nodded her head. "Oh yeah~ I can see it now~ All that Gear, ripe for customization."

Silver looked back and forth before asking Blaze. "I can understand everyone is here for their own reasons, but what is EGGMAN and METAL SONIC doing here?" He gestured to the two sitting in the back of the boat.

(Hmm. That's interesting. This is gonna force me to be a bit creative since I have all the kid characters. I'll accept that challenge then.)

"Pff, you're not good at it anyway. Might as well blow off some steam in release your inner zen by losing to me at a game on national television." Sonic grinned as he walked beside Knuckles.

"This is very interesting to say the least. I wonder what sort of mischief you're gonna cause through all this mess Sonic?" Tails eyed his best friend.

"Hey. I ain't got nothing up my sleeve that you haven't seen me work through before." Sonic shrugged.

"My boo doesn't need any tricks to win the day anyway. You'd better keep a sharp eye out Knuckles. He's gonna take you down." Amy said poking the echidna's chest.

"Hey Espio! We're here! You can wake up now! Wake up! Wake up! Media-ate...LATER! Come on! Aren't you excited! I way super excited!" Charmy said flying all around Espio and pulling at his underwear to get him to respond to him.

Cream spotted Charmy's antics from a distance walking with Blaze and chuckled a bit to herself.

"Yeah. Gear." Storm sat back and nudged his legs a bit in a crossed position. "Heheh. I'm just thinkin' about how many heads I'll get to smash."

"No you definitely couldn't. It should have been predictable as all hell that you'd seize the day like this." Rouge walked along side Shadow. "Although, this would be the perfect time for me to go after that Master Emerald."

Eggman hoped out of the boat and took in a deep breath before pushing past Silver rudely. "Don't mind me. I'm just a soft-boiled egg here for a little R and R. HAHAHAHA!" Eggman gave a good belly laugh before walking towards the camp. Oh boy was he gonna have fun turning this island upside down.

"Hmm... he doesn't seem too on the level from what it looks like... " Blaze muttered. "I dunno. It's probably best we stood back and watched things take their natural course..."

Silver nodded his head, standing back up straight from almost being knocked over by the egg with legs. "Yeah, though if you think about it, this is could be really fun." He said, a small childlike smile growing on his face.

Knuckles rolled his eyes. "Yeah Yeah."

Espio's eyebrow twitched and he reached around and grabbed Charmy by the waist of his underwear and pulled him back around. "Charmy! What have I told you about being obnoxious?" he stood to his feet and exited the boat, still carrying Charmy that way with Vector following behind.

Omega followed along with Shadow and Rouge. "QUERY. IF YOU WERE TO WIN THIS COMPETITION, WOULD IT NOT BE MORE LOGICAL TO JUST PURCHASE MANY JEWELS WITH THE PRIZE MONEY, RATHER THAN TARGET JUST ONE IN PARTICULAR?"

"You're wasting logic on her Omega." Shadow replied. "She'll always have that oversized thing on her mind until the end of time."

Jet laughed and patted Storm's arm. "That's what I like best about you Storm. You're easy to please~"

"Well just remember you two, we're not sure how this contest is going to pan out, so don't get too comfortable otherwise the rest of the competition will get the drop on us~" Wave kept her arms crossed, slowly eyeing the other players.

Metal Sonic just followed behind Eggman, not really paying attention to anyone else in particular, though he did flash a menacing glare at Sonic before continuing on.

Joey smiled and just looked at all the interesting people he would be competing with.

Sonic sweat-dropped. "R-Remember Amy. I'm not your boo or whatever you called me kay? This is just friendly competition. Haha." Sonic chuckled. He didn't want her getting all close and personal. One thing always led to another and sooner or later he might find her rummaging through his underwear or something.

"If there's a will there's a way. I won't back either way." Blaze said with a grin. The fire in her soul was lit.

"OWW! Ugh! N-No fair! Your wedgies are always so swift and ninja-y! Hey come on now! Stop!" Charmy squealed and wiggled about in his grasp.

"Ah yes. Just another day in the line of Detective Agency antics." Eggman made a snide comment as he watched the two of them walk by. "This'll be a cake-walk."

"Hey now! ALL the world's gems are MINE to keep. Of course that's what I'm gonna do. And I'll make it look easy too." Rouge smirked patting Shadow's back. "Just don't go getting your butt kicked around by Sonic like you always do okay? We don't need your piss flying all over the place." She was grinning like a mad woman.

"Yeah, yeah. No need to worry about that. I've got a super good idea on how this'll turn out. Just try to keep up." Storm smirked at Wave.

Stripes the host sat in a chair at the campsite when they all showed up. When he saw them all in front of him he bolted out of his seat, dusted himself off, cleared his throat, and then smirked till there was a sparkle in his teeth.

"Hello everyone! Welcome to the Island. My name is Stripes the Raccoon and I'll be your delightful host. I hope you're all ready for bubbles, bean-bags, and flowers!"

"... ?" Eggman raised an eyebrow.

"Nah I'm just kidding. This season is gonna be one heck of a painful ride down the slide. You're all gonna face hard hammers, needles, probably some nudity, and blood, and sweat, and tears... and it'll all be captured for generations on camera for everyone to see. What a marvelous happy fun time ahead huh?" Stripes said.

"Riveting." Chip spoke up, hovering in the air next to Joey.

"You'll all be put on separate teams, be given your own team names, and compete against each other in high octane and heavily dangerous challenges that'll test just how much one of you wishes to get the grand prize of 2 Million!" Stripes smirked.

Knuckles nudged Sonic and whispered to him. "Well listen, no matter how this turns out, we just have to keep Eggman from winning. No matter what it is, if Eggman wants it, it's never good."

Joey nodded his head. "Our own teams...sounds like fun~"

Vector had dollar signs in his eyes. "2 Million Dollars~ Think of all the improvements we could make to the HQ~ All the upgrades~ We could even afford the more high end detective gear."

Espio looked down at Charmy and sighed. "Fine, just behave yourself." He let go of his underwear and let him fly freely.

"This will certainly be an interesting competition. I mean everyone here has their own unique abilities, and from what I've come to understand, ordinary competitions have no such things. It'll be hard to tell who will have the overall advantage." Silver thought aloud.

"SUCH THINGS ARE NOTHING BEFORE ME." Omega declared aloud.

"Same here!" Shadow said, trying to ignore what Rouge said to him, his face going a little red.

"Like that's something you had to tell me of all people." Sonic looked at Knuckles with a grin. "But hey, if he's on my team, don't think I won't use him to my advantage. I'm having my fun one way or another." Sonic laughed.

Charmy rubbed his bum and floated a bit to the side. "I could buy some Ninja bait and see if it attracts Espio. He's pretty easy to prank but there'd be no hope then."

"I don't know if that exists." Cream said to him.

"I know. I'm only teasing." Charmy sighed. She giggled at that and Charmy gave her a weird look. Was it that funny.

Rouge had to hold herself back from laughing at Shadow. This was going to be interesting indeed.

"There aren't any make-up stations are there?" Chip asked.

"Uh... no." Stripes said.

"What about burger stands?" Chip rubbed his tummy.

"There's a mess hall yeah... nothing fancy though. You'll both be staying in your own cabins and you'll all also have confessional booths to get things off your chest whenever you feel like blabbing privately." Stripes said.

Confessional - Amy: UGH! What a rank bile of an outhouse! It smells awful.

Confessional - Chip: Geez, I'm hungry.

Confessional - Eggman: Yeah... for some reason I just get this mental image of Sonic tap-dancing in front of me while I operate his spines with strings in my hands. Dance puppets! DANCE!


"If everyone's got the skimmy just fine then please stand up straight and let us begin. When we compete in the challenges, the losing team is put up on the chopping block with the one who screwed up the most usually getting the boot and catching the flush of shame out of here." Stripes smirked.

"Yes, yes. And I'm sure by that you mean we get flushed down a giant toilet." Eggman hand waved it.

Stripes laughed. "Yeah. Actually."

"Oh come on..." Tails whined and ducked his head back.

"Stand tall maggots! I'm about to pick your teams." Stripes said, grabbing two flags.

Knuckles nodded his head. "Right...well...have fun..."

Confessional - Knuckles: Make no mistake. While I do NOT like being here, I won't miss the opportunity to upstage Sonic. The guy is WAY too full of himself. Someone needs to knock him down several pegs!

Shadow rolled his eyes at Rouge's laughter, gritting his teeth.

Confessional - Shadow: I'm not kidding. One of these days I'm going to end up Chaos Controlling Rouge into space or something! *Crosses his arms and pouts*

"Two flags?" Silver scratched his head looking at Stripes.

"Oh! I wonder if this is like having Captains and they choose their team mates. You know, playground rules. Huh...Charmy is going to fit right into this show afterall." Vector commented, rubbing his chin.

Epsio chuckled at that. "I think you're mixing up playground with preschool for Charmy~"

Joey looked back and forth between his teammates and smiled a little.

Confessional - Joey: It's funny, NOBODY knows me, but I know ALL of these big names. Seriously, I may not look it, but I am GEEKING out! And just between you and me, I'm REALLY hoping I end up on the same team as either Rouge or Amy~...I can't believe I just said that to a camera in a dirty outhouse like this..."

[SDCharm]

Sonic had his fists clenched tight. "Oh yeah! This is happening! Can't wait to kick butt!"

"I notice you really like doing that." Tails sighed.

"Especially when it comes to Knuckles and Shadow. Boy, you haven't lived until you see those two FLY!" Sonic grinned, saying it loud enough so that hopefully they'd hear him.

"One flag for each team. It'll represent your team. You can do whatever with it. Hang it over your cabin or use it as a napkin. Whatever you want." Stripes said to Silver as he looked over his notes in his I-Pad.

"I think your mixing up playground for preschool for Charmy. BLEH!" Charmy repeated mocking Espio's voice. "I bet you'd end up in Clown College."

Confessional - Charmy: I'll show him. He won't be laughing when they're on live TV, bent over in his underwear with a pine-cone shoved up his butt... AGAIN!

Stripes smirked and looked up at everyone.

"Crickey! He's really making the suspense stick in! I think we may have ourselves a little troll on our hands here." Marine smirked. Stripes simply grumbled but smiled, knowing what was in store for them.

"Bring it on. Ready when you are my friends." Eggman said putting his hand on Amy and Blaze's shoulders. They both were repulsed by his presence.

"Okay. The first team stand over there when I call your name: Marine, Cream, Knuckles, Charmy, Dr. Eggman, Sonic, Jet, Vector, Omega, and Silver. You all are now known as-" Stripes through the flag over at them. "THE CHAOS EMERALDS!"

"Whoa..." Sonic blinked, looking at the flag.

"That means that Metal Sonic, Wave, Blaze, Storm, Espio, Tails, Joey, Shadow, Rouge, Amy, and Chip are all-" He tossed the flag at Joey. "THE POWER RINGS!"

[LilJoey]

"Ack!" Joey reached out and awkwardly caught the flag in his hands before looking over to who was on his team.

Confessional - Joey: YES!

"Well the team splits here. Best of luck to you both." Espio said as he turned and walked towards Joey.

Shadow was growing increasingly impatient. He really intended to beat Sonic down, hard. But after hearing the names, he immediately became concerned with the names of the teams. ""The Power Rings"? Are you kidding me? That sounds nowhere NEAR as impressive as "The Chaos Emeralds."

Silver nodded in agreement. "Even though I'm on the team with the cooler name, I can't help but agree. That seems a little unfair~"

Omega: "I FEEL THE NAME IS APPROPRIATE. IT ACCURATELY DEPICTS OUR OBVIOUS SUPERIORITY, NAMELY IN REFERENCE TO MY PRESENCE ALONE ON THIS TEAM."

Knuckles rolled his eyes. "Whatever, it doesn't really matter either way to me."

Confessional - Knuckles: Okay...so I'm not going AGAINST Sonic at the moment, but I can still upstage him.
