Mrs. Cake lays the two of them side by side on the changing table, simultaneously unfolding the the towels and giving them each a pacifier, which seems to make them each fade even faster. She then starts to hum a lullaby as she pulls up supplies and proceeds to diaper both girls.

She got really sleepy as she yawned and sucked on the pacifier. “Nakie…” She giggled as she kicked her legs before a diaper was taped onto her rear. She squirmed around before she yawned as she relaxed.

Mrs. Cake smiles and scoops the two of them back up, laying them in the crib in just their diapers and draping a light blanket over them.

"Have a nice nap my little sweet tarts," She coos before walking out to clean the kitchen while they sleep.

Pinkie smiles and hugs her back as she falls asleep too. The pink baker clearly relaxed from her long, stressful week.

(A few days later in Equestria)

Twilight Sparkle walks to her desk, levitating the tome she uses to contact Sunset Shimmer, getting ready for her regular message to her. As she wraps it up, she starts to add a note about the spell book that went through.

"Oh and one more thing," Twilight writes, while speaking it along. "A couple weeks ago one of my spell books was accidentally sent through the portal. Please keep an eye out for it and let me know if you find it. After all you know how unpredictable Equestrian magic can be in that world."

Sunset widened her eyes as she read the message. “Funny.” She said as she wrote it down. “I think I found that. Magic of regression right?” She asked sheepishly as she sent the letter back. Suddenly, reality shifted and she was in baby clothes. “I think it might be a bit out of control though.”

Upon seeing Sunset's first message, Twilight sighs in relief.

"Oh good she found it," She says to herself, but this relief quickly turns to shock as she sees her second message appear. "What do you mean, 'out of control?' " Twilight writes back. "Have you been using it? If so how and how much?"

"What!" Twilight shouts as she double takes at her friend's response. "Sunset! What were you thinking? Using that sort of spell so much would be risky even if you were in Equestria, but in that world there's nowhere for the residual magic to dissipate to...except your body! No wonder you've lost control...now you're going to be dealing with the effects of the spell until the residual magic wears off..."

As they were having this conversation, the five other girls of that world were looking around CHS for Sunset. At the time they were thinking of her as their friend, but as they look around, each one starts to feel their new "big sister" instincts take control.

By the time they come outside and split up, all five of them are clearly under the effects of the magic as well, as they're starting to search with more urgency.
