Rachel smiled and led Sofia into her nursery. It was done up like a night sky. Purple, blue and white. The ceiling was filled with glow in the dark stars. The cribs was super comfortable looking! Fluffy blankets and soft sheets that also had night time themes to them. The rails where special and all but the side that rasies up and down had soft softly padding. The changing table looked comfortable as well and had some cute star's and moon's hanging from a mobile. The room was fully stocked with toys as well! There was also a cute blue litter box near the door to the toiletless bathroom. It had paper litter and a two layered training pad in it rather then actual litter.

Sofia was immediately in entranced with the adorable nursery, running in to explore all of it.
" Mommy, Mommy, Mommy!! I love it~!! It's sooo pretty!! "
She bounced happily on her heels, her bell collar jingling and her diaper crinkling.

Speaking of diaper, in her excitement she didn't realize that she was currently starting to pee into the cushy padding.

Rachel giggled. She gave Sofia a hug. She then spoke up. " Hold still ok dear. Mommy needs to get your clothes off so I can get you in a new dress. " She explained as she carefully removed Sofia's dress and all her clothes besides her bell. " Oh? Well looks like my kitten piddled a bit huh? " She cooed playfully.

Sofia obediantly stayed still, the best she could anyways. She couldn't help it!! She had the most perfect home, with the most perfect nursery, and a perfect Mommy, and...!

" --H-Huh? "
She looked down at her diaper, squeaking when she realized the last dribbles of pee were spilling out into the padding. It was warm and squishy now, definitely indicating that she had an accident.

" A-Aahh... uh-oh-.. " She whimpered, her tail wrapping around her legs. " I.. I didn't feel like I had to go potty, not at all...! "

Rachel kissed Sofia's nose. " Hey now it's fine. Babies use there diapers so of course you didn't do anything wrong. " She cooed as she lifted Sofia up and set her on to her changing table. " Ok sweetie after I get you changed I'm going to dress you. Then your free to play. " She explained as she peeled free the tapes and lowered the front of the diaper. She began gently tendeding to Sofia's privates with a warmed baby wipes. " So you do some times get warnings then? " She asked.

Sofia felt a little better after being told that babies were supposed to use their diapers, and that she did nothing wrong. She squeaked softly upon being picked up and laid down on the changing table. She promptly lifted her legs up in the air, tail gently swishing between them.

" M-Mmm... " She purred at the warm wipes gliding across her privates, wiggling her hips a little.
" Um, I sometimes know when I gotta go potty... not all the time though--a-and sometimes I'll feel when I gotta potty, but right after I do, I end up having an accident... " She explained. " That's why they always kept me in diapees~. "

Rachel chuckled. " Well then try your best to go in your litter box when you get warnings ok? No need to take your diaper off either just get comfortable in there and relax. Once you get the hang of that maybe we can try proper litter training. " She explained as she rolled the soggy padding up ND dropped it into the diaper pail. " Ok then....hmm should we use up the ones we gave us or do you want to try the ones I got for your? " She asked.

" I don't have to take my diapee off to use the, um... potty box? " Sofia asked, her tail flicking curiously. " I.. I really like my diapees, Mommy--but I'll try using the potty box too! "
She was determined to at least try and make it to the litter box with her diaper on, before having an accident. She wanted to make her new caretaker proud and happy!

Rachel smiled. She headed to the wall next to the changing table and pulled out one of the different colored crats there. Looking over Sofia saw that the top self had extra changing supplies while the middle one had different colored diapers with various different print's and thicknesses. The bottom ones seemed to be miscellaneous supplies. A package of adorable mouse themed pull ups where in these as well. " Let's see we have some pink heart themed ones with red tapes, some baby blue ones with fish, sorry white snowflake printed ones and of course night sky themed ones with moon's and stars. Of course I have some more well known ones like Preschool and then like as well. " She explained showing each one to Sofia.
