Ken sighed as he walked the plains of the digital world, it had been a long time since they had saved it and lately he's just felt...wrong? so he went to the digital world to clear his mind and hangout with his best friend wormmon. As they walked and talked another friend of his would begin to approach, able to listen in on his conversation. "I just...I haven't felt right lately wormmon..." He said to the green bean in his arms. "Well Ken, you did a lot of bad stuff as the digimon emperor...but you were forgive by Kairi and everyone else even all us digimon, and especially me".

"I know that wormmon I just feel like...maybe...my body's wrong..." is all Ken got to say before the figure interupted

Little did Ken know, another pair of Digi-destined were in those same exact woods. Davis and his partner Veemon.He and Veemon heard the boy's conversation with his partner and decided to follow the cute, purple haired boy.... DAVIS STOP THINKING THAT. SHOO GAY THOUGHTS!

"Hey Ken, is that you?" Davis called out to him with a light blush.

"Not very long, just got here to take a walk with Veemom. So how are you, and what were you talking with Wormom about Ken?" Davis asked nervously as Veemon waved up to Ken and Wormmon.

"O-O-Oh, well... u-um... well... u-u-umm... next question?" Davis says, trying to deflect from the situation as an equally bright blush appears on his face as well, as Veemom snickers to Wormmon and silently whisperes to the bug Digimon that Davis has a crush on Ken, and to not tell either of them as it will, "ruin the surprise and drama.", as Veemom put it.

"I-I-I... I wanted to tell you something..." Davis shyly admitted as Veemon smiled at Wormon.

"Oh thank God, I finally convinced him to confess today. I was getting sick of the him giving Ken goo-goo eyes all the time." Veemon whisper cheered to Wormomon, still quiet enough to not be heard by the two boys.

Ken stood silently just waiting for him to say what it was, worried it was something like 'I've never liked you' or 'I will always hate you for your time as the emperor' still he heard him out scared

Wormmon held his hand to reassure him "I hope so" he whispered
