She scouted the surrounding area full of grassy knolls and open fields but found nothing useful. Suddenly, a bonnet flew on her head and tied itself tight. It glowed with Ruby and Sapphire colored magical specks.

Twilight Sparkle crashed into a row of bushes and hurt herself on her bum. Twilight Sparkle's horn glowed. She teleported herself to the doctor's office. Inside, Doctor Horse asks her "Do you feel any pain down in your rear or bladder area?" "I don't know." replies Twilight Sparkle. Doctor Horse gently touches her rear and bladder areas. And sure enough, Twilight Sparkle squeals as she feels intense, sharp pain while she wets herself uncontrollably on top of the doctor's front hooves.

Doctor Horse says "I am sorry, but it looks like you have incontinence resulting from your accident. An inflamed bladder could pretty much ground you temporarily, maybe even permanently affecting your protection. Take it easy on your body for the next month. Suddenly, a mysterious pony notices the rustling grassy bushes. Twilight starts worrying about. Then, a voice in her head emerges from the darkness and says "You must take control of your destiny, little one! Don't you need diapers for protection from your incontinence?"

Twilight was unable to pry the fastener tapes, around the diaper, off for some unknown reason! Twilight becomes increasingly frightened and anxious. She knew this was not good. Now, she's dealt with problems before but they weren't anything like this. Twilight's diaper becomes wet and soiled from her being stressed as she mentally regresses back into toddlerhood while a pink aura surrounds her! Confused and afraid, she was starting to become selfless without a clue
