This is an Undertale RP with temmiedasithlowd and Strawberry Surprise!
When the barrier finally collapsed after Frisk completed the true pacifist run, a hidden spell was triggered and released, turning many monsters and humans back into babies while increasing their overall lifepsans. The creator of this spell and their intentions with it were unknown, but it's possible that it was made as a kind of 'rebirth' and 'new beginning' for when monsters and humankind came back together. With this spell that has been made to 'reset' everyone's lives, what is going to happen?
Our characters must work to find the cure but in the end, even with said cure, some people and monsters decide to remain ABDLs for life.
Asriel has been reborn from a flower and his parents are back together. They are overjoyed to have him back but everyone has to adjust to the regression spell that got released. It starts with Asriel being reborn and he then feels odd because he’s been regressed and starts having accidents and acting and thinking more babyishly. He can’t control his babyish urges and emotions. Frisk and Chara also are hit with the spell and call or go to Toriel and Asgore for help, or else Toriel or Asgore notice what’s happening and try to figure out what went wrong.
The human world outside the Underground is like modern day Earth but the kingdom they live in is set in a modern day suburban town called Fairbreak. This is all new to the monsters.
Toriel, Asgore, Frisk, Chara and Asriel have been gifted a new home from the human government on the surface.

They live in a gated community similar to those of human aged care villages, but the community is entirely made of monsters. Outside, the world is full of humans and sprinkled with some of the monsters that have moved to the surface to dwell amongst humans.
Monsters want to try human food and have to adjust to having the digestion process happen. Humans enjoy monster food as well but there is not much of it outside the underground so they have to visit to try it and spend money to import it from Underground to their places. Also, because a lot of monsters aren’t used to human food’s effects, they wear diapers and a lot of them become ABDLs, especially after Mettaton does because he’s popular and looked up to.
The regression spell is on the news and has affected the entire world. Monsters and humans are going to doctors and the hospital in confusion, trying to figure out what’s happening.
Suddenly, everyone wants baby items and furniture that is big enough for their children, child sized diapers and such are in high demand and everyone is shopping for them.
The other characters visit and help babysit the kids or take them to play with. Mettaton makes a super popular children’s TV show and along with it comes toys and merchandise.
Papyrus gets into car racing with his red sportscar and gets crazy popular, he also plays basketball and has a cooking show with Mettaton.

The House:

Toriel was cleaning their brand new house in the gated monster community on the surface world. She was currently in the kitchen doing dishes after everyone ate some monster food for breakfast. Everything had been unpacked from boxes and the house was all set up with new furniture.
They had just moved in with their two reincarnated children: Chara and Asriel...and Frisk had come to live with Toriel and Asgore too.
Toriel hummed as she washed up, wearing a big white frilly apron to protect her purple dress. The radio was playing softly and she danced on her paws as she scrubbed at a plate.

Asgore, meanwhile, was outside in the garden. He had a lot of new nursery plants and flowers and was creating raised garden beds and planting things in dark rich soil, watering and fertilising them. He was fascinated by how many different plants and flowers the human world had to offer. So many more options than the golden flowers from the Underground. Asgore excitedly looked at each one: it was springtime here in Fairbreak and he had roses, daffodils, hyacinths, camellias, gerberas and many more!

Frisk sat at the table doing some drawing, swinging her legs back and forth slowly. She was happily drawing a picture of her new family together, standing side by side. She enjoyed the last bit of monster food that Toriel and Asgore had brought up from Underground but was looking forward to having human food again. Toriel had been shopping at the human grocery store early that morning and she was going to make them human food for lunch.
Frisk looked at the bouquet of flowers on the table which had a nice white tablecloth on it. "Mommy, did you ever have four seasons in the Underground? Or was the weather the same all the time?" she asked curiously.

Toriel paused to think "Well...I'm not sure. I don't think we had seasons. We just had a rainy area, hot area, cold area, and so on. The weather stayed the same in each place. But moving to each place was like experiencing different seasons, I guess" she chuckled. "Ohh, the air coming through the window is so fresh! I love the smell of the spring flowers!" she gushed, letting the breeze from the window above the sink blow her soft white fur.
"Where are Chara and Asriel, Frisk?"

Frisk shrugged "I don't know. I think they're somewhere in the house"
