X-Men: Back to the Past

Time Travel something the X-Men have been closely related to for years upon years for a variety of different reasons and factors … In this case someone who either is got the power to time travel or a device to time travel ,who was a average criminal mutant prior had easily escalated to a villain do to the damage to the timestream this person is doing by deciding to take a chance sending the X-Men who had been in a battle hurdling into the past which will end them up at varies points in time for now they are in a bubble traversing the time stream which will be enough for Hank to warn them of what not to do before they likely do it anyway

Beast had managed to generate a temporal bubble with his gear at the same time that the villain had tossed them back into time. "We don't have much time. With this many people in it the time bubble isn't going to remain operational long." Hank began to explain... sucking on the tip of his tongue. "I think he was trying to banish us eternally into the timestream but luckily you have me to save you." Hank noted, puffing out his chest a bit as he was feeling pretty proud of himself over saving them.

"I think I have some level of control over the bubble... not sure why." Hank rumbles a bit as he was trying to explain things. "We have to be very careful about not messing up our timelines. So for safety reasons I'm targeting the inserts into our childhoods. It should allow for us to fit in without a doppleganger to worry about. I'll arrive the farthest back due to my age and allow me to start working." Hank began typing quickly on his datapad as he started preparing the equipment.

"Jubilee... you're going to have to go with someone. Due to your age I can't risk dropping you into your timestream alone." Hank explained with a frown to Jubilee. Plus he worried she might want to try to save her parents. She of course knew that Hank would be alone in his due to his age where everyone else was a lot closer to theirs. "Okay everyone... get yourself somewhere safe in your hometown and get a post office box. Once I have something I'll mail it out ala Back to the Future."

''Just insert me alone If I understand things right I'd be my current age so the system will do. Besides it'd attract too much attention without documents for a adult , orphans especially foreign orphans can get by without documents a lot easier ''Jubilee has a point their atleast and reasonable cause to temp Hank to send her alone as Hank would be aware it'd make things easier on the faking and Jubilee had picked up over the years her mother tongue thanks to travel... So she could fake it in the system . Its a fair point but Hank should be too smart to fall for Jubilee's attempt to trick him into making it that easy for her to try altering her parents fate which would be one of the biggest screw up things one could do is save someone from death when it was their fate.Not that she'd be that likily to succeed but she'd try and then take the younger her under her wing if she got the chance. Chances are Hank either take her along with him or something else


Still Jubilee frowned at Hank when she realized Hank would be all alone and had a plan '' You are my fluffy you and me are a pair...But I will be in my hometown please don't freak out when we meet up'' Jubilee dived at Hank when they started to glow heading to whatever place they are being sent to and with whoever she frowned even more when she found herself dropped into her past and rubbed her bottom glad for once she never really changed her look for long as her look can fit in as some new age fashion... Seeing as she doesn't see anyone with her she assumes she is alone here for now and thus while in where she receded she shifted her mindset to act like a scared and alone orphan from some accident a visiting group of Chinese was in … Heading to where she recalled a orphanage is to start with well aware with the lack of internet to the degree in her present she could pull off the lie … She'll screw the post office box making for now as she has plans much like everyone else that got inserted into the past .''Here goes nothing'' she muttered in Chinese making herself feel strange .

Beast didn't make any decisions on the pairings... knowing that some would likely naturally partner up due to relationships. And it would make it easier for some of them if they did. Storm being in Kenya would be problematic but with someone in the United States or Canada would be fine. Granted he didn't want to send Storm back into Wolverine's childhood... so they would have to find somewhere peaceful in the United States to lay low until Hank got a device to them or something.

Beast looks at Jubilee and was about to tell her 'No' about her initial idea until she realized that he would be alone in his childhood for some time. He offered a surprised oof as she tackled him with a hug and he hugged her back. Hank felt bad and decided that instead of sending Jubilee alone she'd come with him. Mostly to keep her out of trouble... but so he had someone who looked normal with him. "Ahh... screw it." Hank used the last dwindling bits of energy to alter things.

Suddenly before Jubilee could get comfortable in her time she found herself rubber-banding back to the hug with Hank. Though now it was no longer in the bubble but Dunfee in his childhood. "Sorry... I think we should stick together for now. I could use someone who looks normal and I can easily create you some time accurate documents that should hold up to scrutiny." Hank patted Jubilee on the seat and sheepishly smiled to her. "Don't hate me... I would also kind of miss your company."

Lauras of course gravitated to Logan for obvious reasons not like she could easily blend in any time period so being with Logan would provide her a cover story and they both can easy enough survive on the land not that Laura enjoys it and the risk that brings in a butterfly affect too


Storm of course could easily get to Kanya regardless if she really wanted to given with her control of the elements and to a degree nature it should be easy to on one way or another which is thinking about it as she may not be selfish she has a equal parts selfish and equal parts selfless reason for really wanting to go to Kenya given all those she can help including her past self... But Hank likely thought ahead of Storm there unless his big brain was more focused on safely getting everyone out of the timestream

Everyone else has way more selfish plans and desires in mind well outside of afew cases as some just will enjoy the nostalgia trip


''Jerk don't scare me like that, besides I'm not sure how to act or proper slang in this era.... Like what is there in this era Malt shops? Hippies ?….Records ? 4 track tapes? 8 tracks? ..skateboards? Roller blades? Please tell me there is atleast disposable diapers in my size in this time.'' Jubilee has a reasonable worry there in the diaper matter as her doom cube only has so many in supply and she'd hate to be humiliated by having to use cloth given how you would dry them in this era and Jubilee has a on again ..off again bedwetting problem for a variety of reasons related to all the insanity she has had sense joining the X-Men .

"You'll do just fine... this is a small town after all. You can just claim you're from New York or something. That will take care of any concerns anyone might have. Besides... I need someone capable of not standing out too much in this era. At least until I can get an image inducer watch built." Hank explained to Jubilee as he looked her seriously in the eye... showing how much faith he had in her and how much he depended on her. "It's going to be alright. We'll get through this."

"My younger counterpart will be able to be your guide here." Hank explained as they began walking towards the McCoy estate. "My family has an old shack on the grounds that I can stay in until I get some things going in our favor." He paused at the mention of Jubilee's diapers and rubbed his chin. "I'm actually not sure. Wasn't something I really paid much attention to in my youth. But we'll figure something out. Now you have to promise me you won't deviate the timeline too much."

Jubilee blinked at the faith Hank has in her on the matter after all she has a lot of trouble inducing tendencies Hank should know by now 'Well I do have a lot of money from varies years and valuable minerals for time travel instances or alternate timelines'' Jubilee stated as if she is anything by now its prepared'' How much are we going to need for those components a thousand dollars, a million or what ? '' Jubilee asked as they started to walk towards the McCoy family estate

Still she was side tracked by the mention of a Shack'' Better have energy in that shack or else I'm going to go crazy without my handheld systems charged''Jubilee stated as she needs something to keep her attention from deviating the timeline'' Well he is handsome so I'll go with that'' Jubillee commented on Hanks counterpart aswell as Jubilee offered trying to avoid bringing up the fact she has dated younger versions of Hank over the years … After all its something Hank should be aware she has do to time displaced matters ''Oh whats this a talent show?'' Jubilee remarked seeing a flying on the ground she picked up and noticing the stabmarks from a teen Hanks hands'' best way to intergrade myself into school life here if you can fake the paperwork in time ''

"The money you have will come in handy until I can get an inducer watch built. I've kind of been a naughty boy myself... I have a bank account in this time period I opened in case of emergencies." Proof that Hank has been violating the timeline himself even though he's warned others about doing it. "I know, I know. Save the lecture for once things are back to normal." Hank smiled over at Jubilee and patted her on the shoulder. "You won't be staying in the shack. You can stay at my house."

Hank went on to explain his plans here... to make things easier on Jubilee. "My Mom around this period was trying to rent out a room. Never really worked out because well... when your son is a furball of rambunctious energy people don't stick around." Hank smiled just a bit at Jubilee and squeezed her shoulder lightly. "All you need to do is tell her you've been emancipated from your parents and need a safe place to live. I can have some paperwork forged in time for her and the school if needed."

Jubilee was cut from scolding and lecturing Hank over doing what he says others not to do, mainly for he does have a point now is not the time … If they are lucky they'll be out of here before time entity's come along after them … Well Jubilee assumes that's what those shadowy things she had dealt with in the past when thrust into the past before are … But she never could tell for sure.. ''Your safe from my wrath for now furball!'' Jubilee declared soon at that as plans came to her head in thought over how to affect the past for her liking ...Though she won't have to be as careful at curropting a teen Hank as she thinks she would need to be.

''Well she has me now atleast ...''Jubilee stated as she wondered towards the farm house''Best to forge those papers when you get a chance ...We'll meet in the nearby woods I guess'' With that Jubilee booked it to the farm house as she wants to get things set up and over with knocking on the door and already going to ask about the room via whoever opens the door''Sorry to bother you but work around this place is you have a room to rent?'' Jubilee questioned as she can't be sure if Hank was right on the year/time it was being rented out .. While her mouth was already watering abit at the smell of a home cooked meal in the air she never could resist Edna and Grandma McCoys cooking

"Yeah, yeah, yeah... you can give me a spanking later." Hank quipped as he waed to Jubilee as they separated for now. The blue-furred 'Bigfoot' vanishing into the treeline on the way to the shack that he mentioned. He knew he was rough on Jubilee at times... but he did really want what was best for her. And he hoped she would understand that one day. Even is she resented him a bit now for all the rules. "Don't worry I'll get to work on them. Don't cause too many ripples in the water."

Edna blinked as she answered the door... seeing Jubilee for the first time. "Oh my..." Obviously taken aback a bit by the young woman's clothing. "You poor dear in those hand-me-downs." Assuming the strange outfit was from a shelter or goodwill. "Mom? Who is it?" A younger Beast possibly a year or so younger than Jubilee poked his head around his Mom. "Wow..." He offered looking Jubilee over. Edna smiled at her son. "Manners Henry... this is?" She looked to Jubilee for her name.
