Want it to be from a named villain?
-
I can go either way. From an injury might make Barbara feel more comfortable.
“Hey, samesies!” *high-five*
-
Want it to be natural or the result of an injury from a villain attack?
-
That would be nice, sure……………
-
It could work.
Maybe someone else in the group has incontinence issues like Barbara?
-
Of course, it's your choice.
-
Barbara huffed out a breath.
“I hated it at first, especially when I’d mess up. But I had a great friend keeping me on track. So bit by bit, day by day, with some special therapy suggestion that I’m not quite comfy sharing yet, I started settling into myself again. It’s been almost six months since that day, and while I’m not completely perfect, but I’m feeling like myself. That feels okay for me.”
Barbara looked around, blushing a bit when she realised how long she’d been talking.
“Sorry, I’m a bit of a rambler when I get going.”
The group manager chuckled.
“It’s no problem, we’re here to listen and we’d be glad for you to come in when you can.”
-
Barbara shifted.
“Well, my name is Miss Gordon, I’m sixteen years old, and about six months ago, my dad and a I got… attacked. I got partially paralysed waist down for almost a month. In the hospital, I felt worthless, and even when I got discharged, my wheelchair just made everyone look at me like I was made of glass.”
Barbara swallows for a second.
“When my legs finally started working again, I thought that would be the end of the problems. But what I went through jade things difficult. I kept having incidents until one of my… friends suggested I use some protection.”
-
I have an idea, maybe instead of cutting straight to the Scarecrow climax, what if we wrote a brief segment about Barbara checking out Stephanie’s support group place. I have this idea that she makes an appointment under “Miss Gordon” because she isn’t entirely sure if she’ll keep this going.
So she checks in, gets greeted by a group circle and sits down. She’s prompted to introduce/talk about herself. And for that, I have a brief segment to share:
