Thinking their base is more like a nursery/daycare, their outfits are more babyish, maybe they get more immature attitudes. I’m thinking they also start acting a bit more immature even when not transformed.

I’m thinking since they’re reincarnated they’re physicality reset. Meaning they’d be in diapers, softer skin, not sure about crawling or anything like that.
I’m thinking maybe it’s just like Asami flirting and Korra blushing and reacted childishly.

I was thinking that the Sailor Scouts are essentially babies and because of that when they transform they end up diapered.
