I thought of something like that, like Marinette telling Cat Noir about what happened like:
"I just saw the boy I have a crush on likes someone else!"
"Who is he?"
"It's just a celebrity crush. You probably know him. It's Adrien Agreste."

I thought this would take place after the Season 3 finale, where Marinette really needs some cheering up. It would focus on Marinette wearing diapers as a way to relax, and maybe her mother babies her a little. Alternatively, she wears them in secret, and one night, Cat Noir accidentally finds out while visiting. How does that sound?
