For the One Piece one, thinking it’s female characters. Maybe some of them are Marines who are trying to stop the crews despite being babies. For the Pokemon one it would just be female characters from Pokemon.

Thinking the One Piece one would be about crews fighting each other while also dealing with being babies.

The Concierge One would just be about whoever we decide being a playmate to a different Pokebaby every day. As well as working with the other humans.
