Well thinking it’s either Ben gets cursed or the Omnitrix goes to Gwen.
Either that or when the Omnitrix crash lands it hits a vein of fountain of youth water. And when he transforms you becomes baby versions of the aliens and regressed.
Or it’s a full on curse.
Or it’s play on the Chaqutrix where the alien women care for the wearer like wearer is their baby.
