If you don't mind the conspiracy I'm going for here, I'm thinking certain members of the American government are passing the drugs out, to create 'super soldiers'. To fight in the 'War On Terror', started under Bush. I don't think every one working at the CIA is in on it, but that's not the point.

By the time the higher ups and military generals find out what's going on, it'll already be too late. And the main architects for this plan would have fled the country. Either way, I don't see any problems with Hellsing operating in America. America is a largely Protestant country. Most Christians here are Protestant.

So, since the US military would already be spending so much fighting a war over seas? They'd find themselves in a position where they'd be fools to not take the help. So, I'm thinking they will.

So, it'd be the FEV virus from Fallout, only for monsters... in that case, I guess the source is America this time. You know, because that's the country all the Fallout games focus on.

Either way, should there still be an investigation? Because now I'm thinking of going from cult, to 'designer drug'. Perhaps the youth are unknowingly being used like guinea pigs, and are buying these substances from their dealers?

Perhaps these substances have not only mind-altering properties, but biology altering properties, as well?

And yes. Thelema's founder, Aleister Crowley, was said to have summoned demons. Maybe not so literally, but... I could imagine these kids preforming blasphemous rituals and rites to try and hold communion with the dead. And, maybe one such occasion didn't go so well.

Maybe the tainted souls, summoned forth from their prison, have started to influence and slowly take over reality again?

Hell, I can even work some of Joel Schumacher's 'Lost Boys' into it, what with the vampire games/hazing. I could take inspiration from there, as well.

As for inspiration, have you ever heard of the Abbey Of Thelema? And alright. How's this? What if we started it off, with my also playing the boyfriend.You know. So that we can really get an idea of what's going on through your character's perspective.

Well, I know you're probably eager to get to it after the wait. Still, we should figure out how your OC ends up orphaned, how Seras will find her, and what Seras was doing there in the first place.

Personally, I'm thinking she may've been doing some more low-key detective work. Maybe the Hellsing organization would catch wind of a new cult sprouting up all over the place. And perhaps violent crime in these areas has ticked up slightly.

Not drastically, but enough so that Integra would feel compelled to have Seras look into the matter.

Right. I finished the series, so I know who all dies. And I've got a generally good idea of how Seras plays now. And sounds good to me! Though... you wanted us to come up with a general outline first, yeah?

Also, this is more important, so I'll ask it now that I'm on the last episode. Are we starting the rp, at the end of Hellsing Ultimate, or is this an AU?

Yeah. I'm pretty silly, but this series is also rather absurd at times. Either way, based on what I've seen thus far, the brands and film are the same as our own. Of course, they had to change the McDonalds 'M' on the bag of fast-food to avoid copyright infringement... maybe.

I don't really know, but after seeing the 'Willis' gag with Alucard, I can't help but feel like I can get away with some absurdities of my own.
