Okay, first off the 'It was here that the story began' of your last post feels pretty off and odd to have. I think would work better if it's removed to let it feel more natural to what's already happened, personally speaking.
Second, I think you were asking me either if she would appear in HDD or how she appear in HDD? If it's the former, I think that Iris Heart appears after the light fades from Plutia. and if its the latter, I think she should mostly appear as her normal appearance but with her wearing a diaper though how Iris Heart will take the fact that she's wearing a diaper is something I mostly leave up to you.

Combined with an oversized large magical staff, the little outfit she wore was rather… short, especially the skirt… which didn’t do much to cover up the large crinkly heart-printed diaper around her waist.

She giggled innocently as she squatted down with a small grin, before concentrating and pushing as she quickly grunted and began filling up her diaper, creating quite a noticeable sag and huge bulge as the result of her little accident was made apparent inside her diaper… but she didn’t seem to mind.
“See? I’m the cutest magical girl, right~” She giggles childishly as she sat onto the ground with a loud squish of her evidently very messy diaper, her eyes sparkling as she posed and winked with a cute gesture of her hand.
“Ehe~ It’s a little poopy and stinky, but Magical Girls don’t need diaper changes!”
