alright, so the characters we have, besides the pc that we can add or not as either way works, are:
-sonic
-tails
-knuckles
-amy
-shadow
-rouge
-vector
-espio
-blaze


from those, I kinda want to change vector and espio(maybe also knuckles). I was thinking we could replace them with
-silver
-tangle
-whisper
-surge(more like an antagonist as they end up regressed to during the thing and are trying to stop sonic and friends)

the tournament was a basic idea with the premise:


-characters from multiple games/animes are summoned by someone to get a 'wish' having to fight each other in a one on one tournament to regress or humilliate their oponent into submission


the mlp ideas are:


-nightmare moon returns, but only in pony's dreams, as she tries to have revenge on the mane 6, giving them nighmares to make them feel like foals, slowly affecting them in real life. being up to spike and other ponies(like the cmc) to find out what's happening and help the mane 6 before they become mentally foals forever


-after a guys night with discord as the gm, spike, big mac and shinning armor beat his dungeon with ease, one or all of them talk how it was easier, saying how even a filly could beat it. annoyed, the next day they all wake up in a new 'adventure' by discord, made to treat them and humilliate them the same way they talked about his last adventure


-slightly changes were cozy glow escaped instead of being send to tartarus, after some roaming she finds either the alicorn amulet or a similar powered amulet. this time planning to steal the age of the mane six(and maybe the princesses) to power the amulet more as she becomes more alicorn like. also using this to become 'the big pony' and that way people are forced to follow her ideas.
