Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising. Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts) Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising. Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.

Well, I don't think this is the most stressful job and I don't think it's very hard as long as you pay attention, but when other drug rehab places pay $5 more an hour and have 10x less clients, I think that's an issue.. The facility that's much closer to me only has 26 people and the facility i work at has 200+ people
Mm.. Well this place has a really high turnover rate because they really don't pay that well. We were fully staffed, but 2 people quit, 1 was fired for not showing up, and 1 moved to swing shift. So we have 3 of us and 1 new person who started last week lmao! This all happened within 2 weeks too, so everyone who works only weekdays and swing are getting a lot of overtime for weekends and stuff until we hire new people..
Mm.. The way it works is a little different here. It's based on seniority, so since I'm the second or third newest person, I won't be able to shift change unless everyone in front of me turns it down.. Add to the fact that night shift is already very short staffed - we should have 7 or 8, we have half of that. It's okay for the first 6 hours because the clients aren't up, but we have to **really** manage ourselves well to take care of the last few hours. Swing shift isn't much better, but the job is also much harder than night shift.
don't even get me started on daylight hours.. that's the reason i had to get 12 hours of sleep lmao! I want to switch shifts really badly, but nothing is available yet
Mhm. I just have to catch up on sleep. I guess one of my room mates tried to wake me up a bit earlier to see if I wanted to get food or something, but I was just too sound asleep to wake! I'm usually a really really light sleeper. So light I always wake up an hour before my alarm is even set to go off but that might just be my body telling me it hates that sound lmao!
Iiii have blacked out on tequila on more than one occasion; I'm a bit embarrassed to admit it.. I like screw drivers and rum and cokes usually. I can't sleep when I drink either, I usually stay awake until I'm mostly sober before I try.. It really sucks when I drink late at night or um.. right before I go to bed I guess is more accurate.
