Ahh, yes sorry. Don't worry I haven't forgot. I've actually just been looking at it, thinking. My minds at a few different places at the moment, but don't worry, I'm about to reply.

Matsuki (I generally don't bother with a last name)

Age:24
Hair: short dirty-blonde
Description: Is well versed in the general jutsus, focuses on a control jutsu. It's kind of a mix between Shikamaru and Ino's control jutsu's, even though hers is body possession, and his is shadow possession. Matsuki's control is via eyesight, so like if he sees you, he can get you. I've added it as a mix that if there are multiple enemies, his jutsu splits up. So one person, he can control their entire body, but if it's 10 people, he can only control like one foot or one leg a piece. As if to keep them stuck in one spot or something. For 2 people it would be like control from the waist up or waist down etc. He also has a fire jutsu as his second practice. I don't focus too much on weapons, but he will have two katana's, crossed sheathed on his back. His dress is like Guy sensei, with the vest and everything, just different colors to the clothes.

The other character will be named Mako, black hair, leaf village ninja, 18, main focus on lightning jutsus. Not like Kakashi's chidori, but lightning based attacks and electrifying stuff. Like how Sauske had different fire jutsus. Mako might be listed as a Chunin. Just to say he went through that part of his ninja training.

Also, any character can develop just about anything if the ability is new and they have to practice it.

Fine I guess. I'm not crazy about underage characters. My main OC will be 24 and my young one will be 16-18 at the lowest.
