No, no diapers for Tsu, and lets see my OC can be a foreign hero, on an excursion to japan. Gabriella Gambina, aka the Time Hero, Chrona. She has the power to manipulate time. Skipping ahead, reverse, and stopping. How far depends on how much power she expends, and the longer she stops time the more it messes with her mind and her psyche. In a healthy manner, she can use her power frequently if she only does it for two seconds at a time. This power has isolated her from many people, and she has some maturity and abandonment issues. When she was a baby she stopped time for what felt like a long period of time, and it really messes with her. So she enjoys to be treated like a baby as a sort of a therapy.
