That would impair his movments all the way....well nvm we can go with that i guess since it is the anime world and even with broken bones people still fight so it can impair his movment mostly but im sure if toshiro (His current state of mind in other words non regressed toshiro could move and walk if he really had to or wanted to).

Hmmm well i dont know that anime but we can do the bleach one but i would like to start it over i think we jumped the gun with your character already having disablities and not being able to hold his numbers. We can do another where toshiro is more of his cocky confident young powerful self and maybe the same circumstances where he gets sent to the medics after his squad got into a terribale fight and only he survived with injuries that will take some time to heal like a concussion and just alot of scratchs and maybe a broken foot where it only impairs his mobility slightly not the whole way. Slowly regress him in forms of mind games and medicine (My role will be a nurse so lol) and make him slowly come to turns with first downgradeing to a powerful captian to a preteen to a child to a preschooler then toddler ^_^ . But only mental regression unless we talking bout ur potty stuff :P that will be regressed also with these methods.
