I know it just taking me a bit to make my character.

Then comes the mission. Temporary, until the kid she was swapped with is broken and retrained/conditioned, then she'd return to her handler after a second swap. Since she would no longer be useful having been trained for that exact task, and the program would be terminated with the press getting wind of children used as spies, she'd be taken in by her handler and try to have a childhood.

In which scenario? Only the second would begin with only forced babying. The first would already begin with having her spy lessons half the day and babying the other half.

Well, it's a long process, and especially in the first case, it would alternate between the baby stuff and the spycraft training (cyphers, using specialised equipment, code language, even language lessons).
The second case, first breaking her, and second building her up, and training her up, would also be a longer process.
Don't plan for decades with me tho.

I have two ideas.
Staying with the spy theme, my character could be a spy who specialises in training sleeper agent children, who are body doubles of important politicians' kids. She could be training a candidate for such a body swap, but unfortunately the kid they plan to replace is an infantile bedwetter who loves baby stuff. So the child agent would have to be trained and conditioned to be comfortable wearing baby clothes, unfazed by diapers, even wet diapers.
Or, the same character would be trying to brainwash the already swapped and kidnapped child by regressing her completely into a helpless little baby and then working her way up from there.

Like I said, this would be very new territory for me, I'm much more used to one-on-one RPs, so I need to give this more consideration. Sleep on it, so to speak. My previous RPs had different dynamics, where my caretaker characters pretty much kept their littles safe and secure always, never letting them out of sight and especially not near any danger

I'm kinda scratching my head here. I'm more used to having helpless little babies and not accomplices I haven't played a character yet that would use his/her little as an asset for dangerous tasks. If I make this work, I need to give it some more thought.

So where would be babying come in and how old would your little be?
Because so far it's the spying part.

I'm game, but throw an idea at me because I currently have very little idea how diapers and spy stories come together.
Unless it's a "swap the kid of a world leader for a body double, and take the real one to lock her away and brainwash" story.

So? I'm thinking that Gregory is interested in expanding upon the Nazi medical science of creating synthetic vampires. He cares more about raising an army, than that serum that grants his kind protection from the burden of the sun. He rather admired the major. After all, he was the one who took out Alucard. Making it feasible for their group to do this in the first place.
