It sounds like you have a real horrible, monster boss! If you really want to quit, you should at least wait until you've been there for six months, otherwise it would look bad on your resume and be hard to explain to a potential employer at an interview.
In any case, at least you don't have to worry about health insurance coverage even if you quit now with only one month on the job - If you quit after your employer sponsored insurance becomes effective (Which it is now), you can purchase COBRA coverage (Expensive) ->
