5Ds: Into the Future (for Shirayuki)

“Yeah! It’s really nice.” Yu-yu said, sincerely. Truthfully, the dorm room was smaller than what Yu-yu was used to. But Yu-yu was excited at the idea of sharing a room with other boys. He had always wanted siblings, and Yu-yu thought sharing a room might give him that pseudo-experience.

During class, Yu-yu’s nose twitched. The boy looked around, trying to find the source of a sour-grape-like smell. But no one was eating, and the windows and doors were closed. Yu-yu briefly wondered where the smell was coming from, but ultimately paying attention was more important to Yu-yu.

At the end of class, Yu-yu followed Leo up to Miss Sydney, curious why she was calling them. A little anxious, too.

The teacher must have read their expressions, because she placed her hands up, placatingly. “Don’t worry, boys, you’re not in trouble. I just wanted to ask you, Leo, if you'd be willing to help Yu-yu. Show him around campus, help him find his classes, that kind of stuff.” Sydney had noticed their positive interactions, and she had also looked up their schedules, noting they were almost identical. Thus, Sydney thought Leo would be a perfect tour guide and first friend for Yu-yu.

"Of course!" Leo laughed, placing a hand on his shoulder. Really, even without the small nudge from Miss Sydney, he might've done the same regardless. He now turned to Yu-yu, a small glint his eyes "There's lots of great stuff around this campus that I can show you, or recommend you what to get or not get from the cafeteria, that sort of stuff." The teal-haired boy said, before looking at the teacher.

"Don't worry, Miss Sydney, I'll be sure to do just that!" He nodded, confirming, before whispering into his ears, evidently a little excited. "Tell you what; Are you good at dueling? Or, rather, are you a duelist?" Leo asked, eager for another strong partner to duel with. Of course, he'll still be his friend otherwise, but a small incentive would help!

He was aware enough to keep his movement light, though. The soaked diaper he was in right now didn't crinkle too much, but it could still be evident - besides, spending a bit too long might leave a bit of smell in the room, and he didn't want anyone to realize that.

Yu-yu’s anxieties were laid to rest at Miss Sydney’s words. For a moment, the young boy feared he was in trouble. Yu-yu hadn’t done anything that warranted punishment, but still it had been an irrational concern. Yu-yu smiled back at Leo. “Thanks! I can’t wait to see the cafeteria.” Yu-yu replied, drooling a little as his hungry mind conjured up images of different foods. Yu-yu was something of a glutton, and he could easily out eat multiple adults.

But Yu-yu’s true passion lay in Dueling. Yu-yu’s eyes burned with determination as he stared Leo down, his hand twitching toward the Deck Box around his waist. “I love Dueling! We should definitely Duel!” Yu-yu said, forgetting that they had another class after this.

Key Mace sighed. “Oh boy, this Leo kid just got Yu-yu going…”

“Alright, then, that’s settled! Though, we do have another class after this.” Leo clarified, before quickly adding on something that he had forgotten “I might be a bit late to meet you afterwards, though. There’s - uh, something I need to take care of first.” He picked up his belongings, gesturing for him to come over. “I do want to leave a couple tips around here though. Like, to never pick the vegetarian pizzas when they’re being sold in the cafeteria - most of them are rancid and tastes terrible.”

Though, the prospects of a duel did infuse him with a surge of energy. After the classes are over, he was going to have to test him out to his limits! He wondered if he should invite Luna to watch too. But that was after their classes - the classes themselves still pose quite a threat…

“I can’t wait to see what kind of deck you’re playing!” The teal-haired boy exclaimed, before gesturing for the both of them to return back to their classes. He didn’t like that he had to spend more time with the now wet and clammy diaper around his waist, but he could live through that.
