It was another day after school for Hana as she sat at her computer desk, working on the assignments that were given to her by her teachers during the day. A recurring thought in her mind was why she was even doing these assignments in the first place, seeing how close she was to graduating by being a senior and all.
At this moment, she was waiting for her friend Zoey to arrive, who had been struggling to understand the work given to her in U.S. History. Fortunately, the two were best friends, and sat next to each other while the class was in session.
When Hana heard the doorbell ring, she jumped from her chair, hoping it was her long time friend.

Zoey was waiting outside the door of Hana's house after ringing the doorbell "Hana it's me! Zoey! i cant understand any of this history junk!" She said as she waited for her friend to answer the door "Plus i wanna play a game! homework tends to bore me so fast!"

Hana, knowing it was her friend, slightly grumbled as she saw her through the window near the front door. When she opened the door, she saw her friend, ready to somewhat work with her.
"Nice to see you, Zoey", Hana moaned, not being completely positive about her friend's unoptimized attitude.

"You to Hana" Zoey said with a smile "Thanks for inviting me, May i come in?"

With that, Hana allowed the girl to enter. She then shut the door and headed upstairs to the workspace in her room.
"So what do you need help with?" Hana asked, wondering what her friend was having so much difficulty with.

"Just this stuff on the address of some dude named Gettysburg....i think" she took out her assignment on the Gettysburg address "do you know what its talking about?" she asked looking very confused

Hana, annoyed by Zoey's inattentive nature, face-palmed herself as she sat down on her bed.
"Gettysburg isn't a person", she moaned. "It's a... oh, never mind."
With that, Hana pulled out her textbook and turned to the page where the Civil War was being listed.

"Sorry Hana, i hate history so much! I'm good at everything but history!" She said, since she really slacked off in school and still made passing grades in everything but history "so lets try and do this fast so we can play a game!"

"You have to get this down first, Zoey", said Hana, not wanting to bring out her Xbox so quickly. At this moment, Hana only wanted to teach Zoey of the historic battle and speech, hoping she would begin to understand.

"Right right, lets do this then! i know ill get it eventually!" she said smiling "Thanks Hana"
