Neo smiled and nodded, his smile a bit more cold and sinister than usual; he was quite serious with this event! He gingerly stripped Alex of his pants and boxers before grabbing a pair of scissors from one of the drawers on the changing table. "Alex, from this point on, you are no longer a man," He said in a commanding voice as he held Alex's boxers up in one hand and the scissors in the other. He began to snip them as he talked...

"You are now a diaperboy; a baby. *snip* You will never be a man again. *snip* You are at my mercy now. *snip* I decide when you are changed, *snip* how you are dressed, *snip* when you will be clean, *snip* and when you will be filthy. *snip* You will always be a baby, now and forever..." All that was left was a small piece of the elastic waistband of Alex's boxers...

Alex stared at him as he did this, nodding his head with every snip, agreeing to Neo's terms. "I accept these conditions. I am not a man. I am a simple diaper boy, a baby and you are in charge of me. "Now, Neo, if you please, will you prepare me for my transformation into a diaper boy?" He spread his legs, to make it easy for him.

"Yes I will," Neo said, tossing the final scrap of Alex's boxers aside and stowing the scissors away. "Now, this next option is up to you, if you want to further show your devotion to being my diaperboy," He said as he gently spread baby powder over the bunny's crotch and bottom, "Once you are in your first new diaper, if you want to display what a baby you are, you may use it right away. Soak it, fill it, do whatever you desire. Then, sit down firmly in the mess you've made and proclaim what you now are and what you will always be." Neo then folded the front of Alex's diaper up and taped it nice and snug, patting him on his padded crotch softly.

Alex whimpered as he did this, trembling a little as he became overwhelmed with all of this. "I, I, I will." He sat up, sitting straight as he closed his eyes. A soft hiss could be heard and the smell of salty liquid could be smelt, coming from his crotch. It was truly glorious, yellow began to spread out in the front of his diaper, and a relaxed look came over him, soon the front of his diaper was now completely yellow, moist and warm. But, Alex wasn't done yet. He began to breath deeply, whimpering, as he pushed on his bowels. A loud wet fart was heard across the room, as he began to mess his diaper, pushing on his bowels. His mess began to spread out against his cheeks, spreading all around his behind. It was soft, almost liguid and smelled really bad. Soon, he was done, and his diaper was filled up, and he was needing a change. But, he didn't want it yet. Obeying Neo, he moved up and plopped down on his diaper, feeling his warm mess press against him. "I, I am a diaper boy. I will always be trapped in diapers, and never allowed on the toilet."

Neo smiled warmly and quickly embraced Alex in a big hug! "Such a good diaper boy!" He said, praising the bunny for using his diaper, "Feel that mess you've made in your diaper. Once you are diaper dependent, that is what your diapers will feel like more often than naught, so I hope you come to enjoy that warm mushy feeling." He could definitely smell the mess Alex had made in his diaper, but he actually liked that; it was another way to show how big of a baby Alex had become!

Alex smiled at him, and held him closely. He wiggled a little on his diapered tush and said, "Neo, what shall we do now? Could I get my diaper changed, or do you want me to stay on it a little." He reached down and wiggled his diaper, feeling the warmth. He sighed and said, "I sorta like it now, but I'll admit the rest of me is kinda cold, could I have something to put on my legs? And don't you think my shirt is a little too manly for me?"

"Oh, a change of clothes is definitely necessary," Neo said as he let go of Alex and turned towards the closet, "Your diaper will be fine for now; it'll be dirty one way or another anyways, so no sense changing into a fresh diaper if we're gonna end up in the pigpen or caked in cow manure shortly after..." He rummaged through the closet for a bit before finding an outfit, "I think some overalls would suit you nicely; keep those legs covered and still gives easy access to your diaper!"

He nodded his head, reaching for the overalls, and laying down on the table, and forcing himself into them. He wiggled into them, finding it difficult. But he didn't want to stand up and do it, he'd rather have Neo be the one to take him on and off the changing table, just like a real baby would. He put the straps on, and tied them, smiling as the waist bulged out from his messy diaper. "All done," He said, spreading his arms, wanting to be carried.

Neo giggled a bit and picked Alex up, holding the diapered bunny against his chest. "Good boy, dressing yourself like that," He said, patting Alex on his messy diaperbottom, "Now, how about we go outside? You can play in the mud like a little baby boy!"

He giggled at that command and said, "I'd like that a lot." He nuzzled him gently, before climbing off and standing up. Yawning a little more, he reached for Neo's hand, and turned to leave the nursery, excited to be going outside.
