Alvin stood up. "Two kids... two splashes... dark trench coat... guy with ... gun... and ... I think..." Alvin rummaged through the fur at the side of his head. There was a bruise that the doctor's didn't know where it came from. The one that couldn't have happened when he fainted and banged his head on the table.

"I think... he knocked me silly when he hit me with the brunt end of the gun before going away..." Alvin couldn't see it but he was currently revealing a big red bruise mark at the side of his head.

Theodore's eyes widened. "H-He's right... it's there! He's telling the truth..."

"It IS there?" Alvin gasped. He didn't know about it. The only one who was told was Dave when he was given the diagnostics. "Than... than..." Alvin's heart beat faster. He was forgetting something. That was enough to make him want to forget for sure and that hit with the gun contributed to his memory loss when he passed out the next day too...

"But... Alvin do you remember a face? A name?" Theodore asked.

"... I'm next..." Alvin winced.

"... Wh... What?!" Theodore panicked.

Alvin clutched his head. "He... killed those other guys I was with... tossed them over the railing and whacked me over the head to knock me out so I wouldn't struggle and said I was next... but he left because a car was coming and swore that I was next... I remember now...!"

Theodore was in a panic as well, skimming back and forth over his feet like a frazzled ant. "Oh no. Oh no. Oh no! NO! No no no!" He sweated and shook, not noticing the wet spot on the lower portion of his body sized sweater. "We gotta get going now!"

Alvin nodded in agreement. "Which ways the house? I still don't remember stuff..."

"OH come on! You're super smart! I mean, I know you've regressed slightly a bit but there's gotta be some hint of you knowing where we are!" Theodore panicked and shook, going to Alvin for comfort.

Alvin was taken aback and patted his little brother's head. "Erm... uhh... th-there... there?" He didn't know Theo was the youngest and that he was the oldest.
