"Mind if I borrow this?" he asked his sibling in charge of humiliating Wakko before grabbing the Warner, and twirling him like a baseball. He watched Dot crawl away and waited for her to get far before tossing Wakko to see if he could land a shot onto her head.

Yakko cried, plopped on his butt, and shook a rattle he got from literally nowhere.
