Want to get rid of the annoying adverts? The answer is simple. There are 4 levels of advertising on DiaperedAnime:
Level 1: (Your Level, guests and members with 0-9 posts) has maximum advertising.
Level 2: (A user with 10 or more posts who has been a member over two weeks) have vastly reduced advertising (including removal of the large full screen closable adverts)
Level 3: (A member who has been registered over a month and has over 50 posts, or has a special account like "artist" or "writer" sees minimal advertising.
Level 4: (VIP Donators) receive no advertising.
All donators of $10 or more will never see an advert on our site again!

I'd have to say Lucia from Mermaid Melody only because of all of the main characters she is under the most stress the whole way through the series.

Okay so, in the latest episode of Gintama there was a legitimate scene where Ayumu Tojo got his diaper changed by his fantasy girlfriend, which was sort of brought into the real world. SO, yeah.

Katagiri Himeko (Pani Poni Dash!). I don't think she's an AB/DL per se - but I think she wouldn't say no if she was asked by someone to wear diapers and to act like a baby. She's insane enough to do it. XD

I never heard of Pani Poni Dash, but i just checked out episode one and it was pretty awesome.
I had to edit this because i thought you were saying that was the name of the girl in the picture 24gh12 posted.
