*News Flash from Capital City in the Fire Nation*
Fire lord Sozin is dead, slain by avatar Roku. the century war has been delayed, at best, until the coming of age of Sozin's son who will carry out the war. Things start to go from bad to worse upon the death of the Avatar, and the commencing of the war. With the near destruction of the Southern Water Tribe and enslavement of its surviving people, the Fire nation than proceeds its success to the Earth kingdom. The army of this kingdom go to ground and bog down the Fire Nation in static trench warfare.
Having little option but to take the Earth Kingdom by air the Fire lord turns his attention to the western Air temple where a male/female Air Nomad has been born. The people abandon the temple to the Fire Nation which turn the temple into a dock and hangar for its airborne forces. Than whilst at his capital Fire Lord Azulon and his son and heir Ozai die, victims of poisoning, the killer is never found. The distraught wife of the late Ozai was heard to comment "Until my children Azula, Zuko, and (second player option) are old enough to rule I will rule in their place".
Our first female Fire Lady than does something no one expects, she pulls out the fire nation's ground armies and leaves the air forces where they are as an early warning station. The heirs to the Earth Kingdom Toph and her brother/sister (third player option) are relieved to hear the ceasing of the war. But with Azula growing fast no one knows how long this cease fire will be, maybe Azula will pick up where her grandfather left off.
