Kushina got up to go help Yoruichi look. "A different way of fighting? Like how?" Kushina asked curiously, as the shinobi world was full of diverse and unique fighters. She opened a door, and found an empty room.

Layfon was infact judging him, since if it came down to it, he wanted to know if he should tell Sora to find shelter or fight. "Magic?" Layfon asked curiously, although already judging him as weak, since he only had a good heart. What would that do? "What kind of magic?"

Yourichi nodded "yea , he just shot out some kind of energy beam out of a sword , kinda like Ichigo's Gesua Gatensho...."she said trying another door only to find it locked "It sure was different and destructive , although it's easy enough to see how to stop him".

Sora scowled "yea , just you're basic fire , ice , gravity , air ,time and cure" he said going defensive "why so critical ,if you think you're so hot what can you do?" he said not very pleased with this and wanted to strike Layfon over the head with the large metal key.

"Gensua gentsho?" Kushina asked, giving the locked door another attempt. "That's weird..." She gave the door a sharp knee in an attempt to knock it in.

"Enough." He gave the simple answer, quickly trying to think of a way to change the topic when it got to his ability to fight.

"Heaven piercing lunar fang. My student Ichigo uses it as his main attack. In My world soul reapers draw their power from their zanpato to produce numerous techniques. Although there are a few exceptions." she said lazily allowing Kushina to kick the door in "what about you , I'm pretty sure you're human but shinobi can move pretty fast as well" she said from behind.

Sora pouted "all talk and no show. Bet you don't have many friend do you if you're judging them like items. My mom always said when people start treating others like objects and not people it leads to bad things" he recited not very happy with Layfon , but then again Sora drew his power from friends so no wonder he had a ego about him.

Kushina nodded, and happily gloated. "My husband is the fastest!" She wasn't sure what Yoruichi was talking about, but after enough things she didn't understand she didn't even bother asking. Kicking the locked door again and bringing it down, revealing a perfectly fine bedroom. "I guess this one's yours."

Layfon sighed, true he did have a habit of judging people's fighting strength. But he didn't base that on there worth as a person. He also usually didn't need to ask, but Sora had no Kei. "I don't judge them as objects, but when it comes to battle your heart means nothing." Layfon told him, with some of the Heavens Blade successors like Savaris, this was a simple fact to him.

Youichi peered in "huh? wonder why it was locked, but it's mine now~" she sang happily taking a look inside "nice , I'll take it" she said heading back out "you have a husband? You must miss him" she said moving back out and strolling back towards the nursery, hoping the boys were getting along.

"What good is battle if you have no heart! I mean why fight at all, and you shouldn't be so ignorant , you should know better than anyone that ignorance of allies and enemy's abilities is costly. Maybe strength is just measured differently in you're world" he muttered , this wasn't going well for him and he wasn't liking it "Okay , I think we may be getting off on the wrong foot and if we're stuck here I'd rather be stuck with a friend than with a enemy so...." he said putting out his hand "wanna make up?"

"Yeah, he..." Kushina was about to say he died, but then had a thought that he was probably in a place simalair to this. "Was with me before I ended up here." Kushina scratched the back of her head at the fallen door, and kicked it off to the side. Turning around to follow Yoruichi.

(funny thing is, one of Layfons main problems in the novels is finding a reason to fight XD Sora just hit a sore spot.)

Layfon instead turned around and walked out the door without a word. Power, a reason to fight? Why did he fight, what was his power for. Was there another way to measure strength? Lost in thought, Layfon headed down the stairs. He would probably make up with Sora soon enough, but Sora just shouldn't have gone there with the boy.

Yoruichi was about to go into the room but Layfon passed her , apparently in a daze of some sort. Maybe she should go after him , in case he tried to weak things again.

Sora was a little taken aback "he just ignored me , aw well I'll just have to go annoy him till he does make up" he said with a wide grin "but boy what a toutchy baby , maybe I should think up some new ways to tease him" he said switching to a rather happy cheerful tone.

Kushina heard Sora's tone, and promptly gave him a whap on the head as soon as she entered the room and a stern gaze. "No."

Layfon made his way out of the house, and began a walk to the edge of the darkness, to stare at all of the nothing. His thoughts just wandered as they tended to do. He breathed out a deep sigh, pondering one of the mysterious he was yet to solve.

"Owww! What did I do this time!" he said holding his head in his arms and cringing in pain "please stop doing that" he mumbled in defence

Yoruichi followed Layfon out and stood beside him "what're you thinking about?" she asked staring out like him , but seeing only black.
