She waves the diaper in the air a bit "aww you like them huh they cost me quite a lot 120$ for all 80 of them "she said as she walked over to the girl petting her on the head before pulling out a changing mat and all nesscary supplies from her bag laying it gently on the floor before getting down on her knees patting the mat with her paw "now come one stinky butt lay down and let me change you if you do that I'll give you a package of it out of my trunk deal cutie?"she asked offering the girl something she seemed she wanted even though she did say please for the change she wanted to make sure this trouble maker to cause trouble during the diaper change

Penny questioned already liking this ''I guess'' Penny relucently went to lay down as her womanhood she hasn't let others see often as she always was shy about that but she winced at the feeling of the mess being pressed against her tush from laying down making her feel icky and gross '' Hope your nose burns. '' Penny added though as there was no talk about being sassy only if she was good.. So she was going for a loophole to get what she wants on both fronts

Pandora smiles as the girl seemingly complied "of course I'm a hell hound deals and bribery is like half of what we do along with other things although I shouldn't say those in front of someone like you "she said jokingly as she grabbed the girls ankles lifting her bottom giving it a good smack right after the comment "although you may find out if you keep being a smart butt"she warned although it was more or less and empty threat she put the woman's legs back down and gets rid of the the skirt not planning to put it back on her she then untaped the womans diaper not even flinching as the smell covers the room.she lifts her bottom and wipes it clean with ice cold baby wipes dropping them into the diaper as they become dirty before rolling up the diaper with one paw tapping it shut tight before putting the new thicker diaper under the girl the smell of lavender covering up the smell of the girls mess

Still close enough'' Penny stated ...Yet gave a surprise yelp at the swat having not expected this Hellhound to go through with even a warning swat … She did get up after the change having blushing up a storm at being changed just like a infant in general '' So now what? '' Penny hasn't been sitted in awhile and this woman seems to have mistaken her as a special needs case under her parents care so she is wondering what she can and can't do if Pandora even has any rules or the like in how to care for her

"oh dear no I'm not a devil but I can understand the confusion but technically speaking I am pretty close"she stated as in legends and even modern tv shoes hell hounds were mostly shown to serve devil's but that was neither here or there.she picks up the supplies and puts them up for later and thinks about the question before holding up a baby bottle "well if you still want it I got this"she said teasing a bit sticking out her tounge before pulling out a card with instructions putting the bottle down"well from your parents instructions there are only a few things we could do before I haft to home make a vegetarian dinner "she gives a look that basically said yuck "we could watch TV or play a game or ..ooh your parents gave me permission to dress you up"she said excitedly as she did have a few otfits that would fit the girl

Penny cocked her head as she wondered about the legends and rumors more then the tv depictions of Hell Hounds '' So I can make a deal with you and it'd be magically binding so long as its within your power ?'' Penny asks as she may be a adult but seeing as Hell Hounds are real and Pandora is talking about be close to a devil makes her wonder... Plus if she can make a deal well she has some ideals in mind enough to overlook her current frustration and anger to get what she wants... Still hearing the vegetarian dinner remark her face scrunched up as she may like her vegetables she is not one for a full vegetarian meal granted she has all the needed ingredients...''Dress up?!'' Penny questioned and it'd be easy to take that exclaminated question as a desire for it

Pandora laughs a little"no no it doesn't work like that typically I'm more or less what happens after a deal the devil makes a deal I make it happen and collect the debt which I guess technically is what's happening now"she said joking kinda as she was babysitting and getting paid after.pandora smiles ear to ear through as she loved dressing up her charges "ok surprise dress up it is "she said as she took the girl shirt off exposing her chest for all to see "no close your eyes and you'll be wearing something new "she instructed

Penny covered her now bare chest as they never got big enough far a bra and glared as she was shirted without warning yet she did wonder what is up with Pandora she seemed more a motherly then a babysitter type though slowly she put her arms up closing her eyes, wondering what will be in store and if this is a trick to get her in something humiliating to take her out in in the day by knowing what would get to her the most... As she could see Pandora wanting her to be cute and bothered

Pandora seemed super happy to see the girl in just a diaper"oh my God you look so adorable I'm almost tempted to just leave you diapered tush in just this but guess I should keep you dressed for now "she said pulling a dress out of the backpack and sliding it on the flat chested girl the dress was solid white pink frills on the skirt,arm holes,and collar the skirt of it only went down to her hips and before the girl could open her her eyes Pandora lifts her for a breif second something that felt like underwear being slid up her life before stopping at her waist it was a matching diaper cover that said mommy's little stinker on the butt before setting her back down on her bottom"ok dress up is over you ready to see your outfit for the night?"the woman asked excitement in her tone

Penny had half a mind to shout at the woman for even thinking of keeping her almost nude ...but held her tongue for now her anger had died down enough she was thinking somewhat more rationally then before … But as she was dressed she wondered how much of the diaper the dress would hide which fiiling where it ended she frowned not liking the implications though she slightly flailed at being picked up unexpectedly and for a split second confused at something pulled up between her legs till it clicked its a diaper cover had to be'' I'd be lying if I say yes'' Penny remarked in a tone that was neutral but she does wonder what she was put in
