Penny nods a bit. "Oh, I'm...I'm a waitress...yeah...but, I've been to a couple of auditions recently, and I think they went very well." She glances over at his apartment door. "Oh, so you're right below me!"

"Heh well then I'll know who to talk to if things get noisy" he teases at the latter comment she made. "A waitress, well that should at least support you along the way until you land an acting gig. Let me know if anything works out for ya. I'd love to see you act or sing in a play" he says as they get up the last flight to her door.

Penny grins back. "Oh, trust me. Just the quiet life up here for me." She nods a bit as they reach her door. "It's...alright, I guess. And I'll be certain to let you know. Having someone to celebrate the big breakthrough with would be great."

She unlocks her door and steps inside. "You want to come in for a minute?"

"I need to get back to my own clothes, just in case of pranksters or thieves" he says logically as he steps in for a second to set her clothes down on the couch he spotted then walked out of the room but didn't leave the area.

"Maybe we could catch a bite in an hour though? My treat" he offers.

She smiles at the offer. "Sure, I'd love to. Thanks."

He smiles then walks down to the laundry room and finishes his laundry and puts his clothes back in his apartment. Then after the said time he walked up to her door and knocked on it.

In the meantime, Penny had put away her laundry and changed into a short, cute dress, hoping to impress this new guy she had met.
Upon hearing the knock on the door, she answered with a smile. "Welcome back."

"Alright that sounds good" he says then leads the way to his small black 4 door sedan and drives to the restaurant with a bar, as most usually did, and they sat at the bar for Penny's rough day and ate and he listened to her terrible day.
