The sopping wet briefs and damp spot on the floor suggested otherwise to the employee... as she offered a skeptical look to Jean about Hank. "It's nothing to be embaressed of Ma'am. Some mutants especially struggle with it." She gave Jean a comforting pat on the shoulder of she was upset or embaressed about him.

"I...I dunno. I just was looking at the diapers then you snapped me out of it." Hank whmpered and looked down at the puddle on the floor and just fussed with his trainers. He looked around,hopeful of somesight of what might have caused this. His thumb back in his mouth for comfort. "Would you like some help changing him, Ma'am?"

"I can take care of this by myself, thank you." Jean took a package of diapers that ironically had animals on the front and went to the bathroom with Hank. "Don't worry, things are going to be okay." She told Hank reassuredly.

"You shouldn't let him suck his thumb... a pacifier is better to prevent teeth problems." The shopkeeper noted to Jean and took one off a nearby rack and offered it to Hank as Jean took him off to the bathroom. To free up his hand, Hank popped the pacifier in his mouth.

Hank blushed as Jean took him into the women's bathroom.. holding Jean's hand tigher as the door closed behind them. "Je-Jean this is the girl's bathroom." Hank offers to her. "Sorry I wet... I didn't notice I had to go." Hank felt the front of his briefs shyly.

Deapite Hank being one of her oldest friends this was somewhat cathartic to Jean Grey. After all she had never really gotten a chance to be a Mother for Cable, so this was scratching some sort of itch for her Mothering nature. But she never expected to have Motherly feelings for Beast. But in damp 'Trainers' and sucking a pacifier might be causing those feeling.

"O-Okay Mommy. Err, I mean Jean." Hank looked embaressed by accidentally calling her Mommy. He had no clue where that came from... whether it came from instinct from her working to change him. Or had Jean influenced him somehow? Hank blushed as she pulled off his briefs, causing Hank to shiver just a bit from the cool dampness. "I... I didn't see anyone." He offered.

"It could have been someone we didn't see, like an enemy." Jean put aside her maternal feelings for now and focused on helping Hank. Jean had also grabbed some baby powder and wipes to clean Hank, so she got some wipes out and started to make sure Hank was nice and clean before applying some baby powder to his crotch before taking out one of the diapers and helping him into it.

"Maybe... but why this?" Hank questioned gesturing to himself. Could this just be the start of the changes? Was he going to grow younger? Was he going to start forgetting everything he'd learned as an adult? At this point it was uncertain for both of them. He certainly seemed to like the pacifier the shopkeeper had given him... sucking it happily.

He squirmed as Jean cleaned him up with baby wipes, giggling a bit at the baby powder as Jean applied it. Jean could sense Hank was enjoying being changed... which was wass surprisin. Hank squirmed and kicked his feet happily, calming down as she secured the tapes. Hank cooing just a bit and tracing the baby animals with a finger. "Thank you."

"Yes. Sorry I pottied on the floor." Hank seemed to be using a younger speech pattern despite at the moment seeming to have his faculties. But as well as genuinely enjoying getting changed into a diaper it seemed to encourage more youthful behavior.

Hank hugged Jean as she helped him up and off the changing table, clinging to her a bit like a cub. He considered her theory and thought about it. "Maybe. Or maybe they did it to make me happy?" Hank suggested as he took Jean's hand again like a cub.
