Bloodline Contest

Seeing as Zebra Trainer’s jutsu contest was so successful, I’ve decided to my hand at a contest. This one will be about making an original bloodline. It does not have to be baby related, it just has to be realistic. It can’t be something that gives a bearer some ultimate unstoppable power. Also, everyone is welcome to use jutsu as examples to express the use of a bloodline, though there will be a two jutsu limit, so make them count!

The winner will get their bloodline used in my story, Kin’s New Way, while the runner up gets a friend notice from me. Now then, I’ll give three examples on how you should post bloodlines.

Elementrix: Bearer is unable to naturally gain elemental affinities. In turn, bearers of the bloodline can gain elemental affinities, immunities to elements used against them, and even gain a mastery over the elements. However, each ability can only be gained by being exposed to the raw elements themselves. For water, the bearer must constantly expose themselves and their chakra in water. For fire, the bearer must expose themselves to hot flames, lightning they must be electrocuted, ect. Becoming immune to elements makes it so one is not affected by the element, be they by nature, or jutsu form. From there, constant use of the element the bearer is immune to will allow them to gain mastery over the element. Mastery allows them to manipulate that element by it from nature, or even thrown at the bearer by an enemy and tossed back at them.

In this case, the bloodline is a super powerful one, but it comes at the cost of risking one’s health. This is a bloodline my brother figure made, and is used on his original jinchuuriki, which allowed her too heal any damage sustained from the training.

Crystalist: The bearer, when expelling chakra outside the form of a jutsu and along the outside of their body, causes the expelled chakra to become pure crystals. Color of the crystal is determined by the elemental affinity of the bearer. Lightning = Yellow. Earth = Brown. Lightning and Earth = Gold. Sea Green = Medical Specialist. Note, Youki also can be crystallized as well if it’s the bearer’s own, in half-demon cases. Crystals can be used to enhance weapons elementally. By forming crystals using elemental chakra, the crystal can be used to focus elemental chakra through weapons, and also enhance elemental jutsu.

Crystal Style- Crystal Meteor: Caster expels chakra from the body, forming a giant orb shaped meteor. Caster can launch the meteor in one direction using both hands, but can’t direct its course after that. Upon impact, the meteor explodes like a giant frag grenade, shards expanding in all directions from the point of impact.

Crystal Style- Crystalist Armor: By coating the outside of the caster’s body with chakra, crystals can take form around the body like armor. By continuing to focus chakra through the crystal armor, the caster can make the armor more defined to the caster’s body form, and can repair any damages done to it. This, however, causes a major drain to the caster’s chakra.

The downsides to this bloodline makes it harder to perform chakra control exercises, water walking impossible for example. The crystal meteor can be great against a large group of enemies, but not so much when allies are nearby. Also it can backfire on the caster if used to close to the caster. Crystal armor can defend against it, but still causes a drain to the caster’s chakra reserves, on top of the crystal meteor. This bloodline also has potential not only to benefit shinobi life, but also everyday life as well. Crystals can be used to sell as jewelry and support families, towns, clans, and even whole villages financially. This is another bloodline my brother made and uses.

Chronogan- Eye bloodline, identified by violet pupils with triangle shaped tomoe. Has four levels, identified by the number of tomoe. First tomoe slows down time around the user, similar to the sharingan’s ability but with the added bonus of allowing you to move as fast as normal with the enemy seeming slows down. Second tomoe allows the user to flash back in time at the cost of half their current chakra. The farthest time recorded flash was 30 seconds. Once flashed back, there won’t be two of you, you’ll just be where you currently are standing. Third tomoe allows the user to change the body of anyone in their current sightline to any age of the user’s choosing, physically speaking, at the cost of 4/5 of their chakra. Final tomoe allows user to travel through time at the cost of all of the user’s chakra but enough to live on. Basically a more advanced version of the second tomoe, but the same rule applies, two of the same being can not exist at the same time.

This is my own creation. The ability to mess with time opens a world of possibilities, both good and bad. Traveling back in time, you could insult some big and powerful lord, and on the jump back find out that they conquered your country. Using the second level, should you, for example, be hiding a package of diapers but your parents walk in, just flash back and it’ll give you more time to hide them. Third level can make a body physically a baby again, however they will still live the number of years they originally would, regardless of what age they take physically.

These are just some examples of what bloodlines can be like. If you’re going to make a powerful one, make it have a drawback of some kind to balance out the ability with a cost. Some bloodlines can even be practical for everyday life as well. As for the bloodline my brother and I created, they can’t be used by anyone else but the two of us, you want to use them you must email him or PM me.

Phoenix eye Bloodline (sp?)

alows the person to see the dead after the age of 5 the souls it sees are those who have unfinished business or ones summoned by jutsu

Justu 1. death riseing alows the person to raise a soul for any reason

Usefull ness one with a risen soul lets say the first hokage you can learn anything from them

usefull ness two bring a dead enemy back to get information

Justu two soul combine alows for temparary combination with another persons soul giveing them both powers with little weakness

usefullness ummm duh if you dont know your a retard

Jutsu three Phoenix rebirth bring a soul back to life

rules sould muyst have been killed within a week soul must still be wandering around

bad point power completly drained from user and person brought back to life for a week at the least more powerfull the person brought back longer it takes

The bloodline is only useable by the phoenix family they can only have one child and it is always a girl

Tysuga Bloodline (off of one of my prior names)

This bloodline grants the user remarkable amounts of spiritual chakra.
Having great amounts of spiritual chakra grants the user extremely high focus levels as well as less draining of the body when using a jutsu.
But to the downside of having high mind and constitution they must train very tediously in body and strength to balance out. If someone would have high levels of spiritual energy but low body energy the jutsu's they used would either turn out wrong or wouldn't work at all.

Example jutsu:

Wind Warping Jutsu - This jutsu lets a person bend the flow of air and speed it up rapidly sending shock waves of gusts towards an opponent. This is a great tactic for deflecting projectiles but also breaking their guard. Although this jutsu requires alot of chakra to change the flow of the air and would tire out most bodies after long use this bloodline would extend their mental stamina and allow them to keep fighting.

Downsides:

This bloodline seems to be all great fun for whoever it posesses it, but that may not be the case. This bloodline is very close of a mixture of a wolf and humans. The DNA of it changes the person body as it ages. The person skeletal system grows longer as well as shifts direction. After many years of agonizing nights and days the person would have formed a wolf tail. Also the point of gravity on the body is moved making stand up on two feet more difficult and on hands and feet more relaxing.

Some beleive that wolven blood was some how combined into the jutsu's casters blood creating a man made bloodline which then was passed on from parents to children. This was thought to be highly true because a wolf's spiritual energy is very high and that is why they stay fit whenever possible. Since a wolf cannot use chakra it is useless to them other than maintaining their body systems and giving them immunities to alot of human desieses.

Upsides:

A person with this bloodline has difficulties in grasping things and balancing normally, but to the mix between bloods the sences are hightened strongly inproving sense of smell, hearing, and sight giving them unnatural abillities than a normal person would. You could think that Kiba from Naruto would have this bloodline in him already, but this is not true. He mearly plays the part of looking it.

Chayakin Eyes bloodlines
turns eye completely black except for a red cross that’s center is where the pupil would be

grants the user the ability to read the opponents mind and moves before they are made. As well as grants the user the ability to see the power level of their opponent Also grants the power of any kind of element style jutsu while the eyes are being used even if the do not actually have any talent in that area as long as they have seen the jutsu before

Downfalls
Though it may grant you temporary power it will increase the amount of gravity on the users body making it more difficult to move also drains more energy then normal to create jutsus especially if they are in an element the user doesn't specialize in. Also makes chakra control harder due to the massive amounts of chakra it takes to use the jutsu If used to long could leave the user temporarily blinded by a chakra backup. Also might crush internal organs because of the increase in the gravity on the body

good things
due to their eyes temporarily becoming unusable their other senses are increased as well as their speed and strength outside the jutsu due to the extra gravity on them while using it. Helps them learn certain jutsus quicker due to its partial copying technique.

Bloodline - Breggin Yantou (Randomly thought up)
The bearers of this strange bloodline are marked by gill-like openings all over their body. These openings are extremely adept at releasing chakra and improve the bearer's ability to perform chakra control jutsu.

Breggin Strike - Using specific chakra gills the bearer of Breggin Yantou can add speed to their strikes, causing more damage. This jutsu can be used multiple times per strike, once per exposed gill on the back side of the striking limb (usually two per arm strike and four per leg strike).

Breggin Flight (Chakra Control) - Using many of their chakra gills, the bearer of Breggin Yantou can use their chakra to create lift and thrust, enabling them to fly at their landspeed. Though incapable of extended flights, the ability to "jump" mountains or canyons is extremely useful.

The Sienta bloodline: A bloodline that allows the user to have a mysterious power which for a few moments lets the user ignore pain completely. Chains form from tendons in the arms to launch and swing at opponents and either strike, strangle or trap the opponent. Unfortunately since the user does not feel pain. It does not mean he/shes invincible. After the power is gone all the pain rushes into the brain but the power makes up for the damage and destruction it can do at the time its used. Being able too use fire. You can combine it with the chains or shoot it out. Supposedly the secret power of this is from the devil itself. A strange mark on anywhere on the body signifies that they are the user. This bloodline is not family related. It will transfer after the host dies and find another. How it chooses the next host is not known. The last of what it can do is have an infinite amount of chakra which it can unleash six devastating abilities.

Bairono[Violins]: The caster uses his/her bones to shoot into the air and rain down on his her opponents. Impaling them. This though causes the lungs too bleed and make the user cough up some blood from the process but its not lethal.

Chains of Sanclum: Already explaines it uses tendons too make a strong fiber that can be uses too trap or kill opponenets. There are no side affects then just pain.

Blood of the fallen: An acid. It can be combined with the chains to burn victims alive. Only a limited amount can be used at a time.

Invicibility: Even though the user isn't truly invincible they will not feel pain at all when the Sienta is used. Though they will feel some pain afterwards.

Fires of hell: These flames are white hot and can burn just about anything. They can be combined with the bairono to make flaming spears or the chains. Nothing is bad about using this although if used incoreectly you will be burned.

Wings of the devil: Demonic wings will protrude from the users back. One angel and another deominc wing. It allows the user too fly and use the wings as shields. This is immesely painful and when used stresses out the heart to beat 100 times faster. If used too long the users heart may explode.

[All these powers can only be used when the user is in Sienta form. Otherwise none of these powers can be used.]

Core: An eye that lets the user focus and deliver precise and devastating blows. This eye is a golden color. The eye lets the user adapt too anything in its surrounding area. Even the slightest change will be seen. This works especially well in fighting. Able to examine your enemy in less then a second can give them an advantage and the more the enemy fights the more the user will learn about their enemy and the easier it will be too defeat them. Although it has benefits. It causes temporary blindness, disoreintated and off balance. This eye power unlike most others can be learned and taught. If done wrong though it could cause permanent blindness and even death. It isn't very popular since it has a 1/100 chance the user will succeed in learning it completely to use it.

[Clop]

Crimson bloodline: allows user to have complete control over theyre blood. Basically you can use blood as a weapon. This bloodline is thought to have come from a ninja breeding with a chakra monster/spirit. Bloodline shows up around 10 or 11.
Jutsus:
Lucifers angel no jutsu: combines users blood and chakra turns them into a blood angel type thing. srikes fear into aponents hearts temporarily increases all senses and abilities. Almost invulnerable for duration and red mist hangs around user to disrupt opponents senses.
Bloodlust jutsu: if blood is drawn the user goes into a demonic chakra induced rage were the user gains unlimited chakra for a duration of as long as they are in the rage. The results of overuse is extreme pain and death but you have to be using it for horribly long peroids of time for this to happen puts a lot of strain on users body etc. you can make changes if you want. The only idea I'm really trying to get across is the bloodline idea the blood control part anything else you can mess with. You can even change name.
