Apperence: medium length brown hair with a hair clip to keep her bangs out of her face she has blue eyes and is about average height for her age and she always carries her stuffed kitty everywhere
Personality: she's shy at first but once she's adjusted she's hyper but can be kinda a brat if she dosent get her way
Bio: koneko was raised by her mom alone after her father left them.

Koneko sat in the back of a cop car pouting holding her stuffed kitty, she was being driven to an orphanage after her house was burned down and her mom killed by the fire, Mrs. Owens had already been briefed on koneko's situation. The cop pulled up to the Caring House and walked Koneko up to the front door and rang the door bell

Upon hearing the doorbell, Mrs Owen dropped the pack of diapers she was carrying and rushed to the front door to allow her new arrivals in. When Mrs Owen opened the door, however, she was a but surprised: a police officer was towering over a tiny four year old girl holding a cute stuffed cat.

"May I help you?", Mrs Owen asked, inviting the pair inside.

The police officer smiled at Mrs. Owens "hello miss I talked to you earlier about this one" he said pointing at koneko "her home burned down and now she has no where to go" he said patting her head

Koneko stood there hiding behind her stuffed kitty shaking slightly. koneko jumped the second the officer touched her letting out a small eep

"Oh, yes, I do.", Mrs Owen said, squatting down to view the small child. "Hello, I'm Mrs Owen, your new caretaker. There's no need to be afraid, you'll be fine, alright sweetie?"

Standing back up, Mrs Owen said, "I think I'll be alright from here. Does Koneko have any possessions besides her cat?"

The police officer frowned "sadly no nothing more than her diaper, her dress, and her kitty" the officer sighed "well I'd better be on my way soon"

Koneko peaked behind her stuffed kitty looking at mrs. Owens she shifted quietly as the officer told mrs Owens about her diaper

"I see.", Mrs. Owen said, nodding. "We do have the supplies for taking care of diapers here, so that won't be an issue."

With that, Mrs Owen stooped down again, picked up Koneko and held her. "Just call me if there are ever any concerns.", she offered.

Koneko whined as she was picked up hiding her face behind her stuffed kitty

"Ok" The police officer waved goodbye "ps she can be kinda fussy when she's wet or sleepy" he said pointing in the direction of her diaper and smiling before walking away

Hazuki slowly began to stir from her short nap, sitting up slowly and began rubbing her eyes her diapered bottom sqiushing abit from wetting in her sleep.

"Alright, Koneko.", Mrs Owen said as she closed the door. "Let's get you into your new room and some new clothes, alright?"

With that, Mrs Owen walked to the elevator. Just then, she saw Hazuki sitting on the couch. Putting Koneko down, Mrs Owen walked over and slid her hand down the front of Hazuki's exposed diaper to check for wetness.

"I'll be right back, Hazuki.", Mrs Owen said, scurrying back to the elevator and ushering Koneko in. "Just stay put, and I'll have you changed in no time."

Hazuki didn't budge as Mrs Owen checked her, The young red head merely nodded while sitting on the couch still half awake from her slumber.
