Dr. Braddock walked down the corridor to the high risk reception area, along with a nurse and a big male caretaker. It was standard procedure for high risk, dangerous patients to be able to easily overcome them.

Dr. Braddock watched the van open up, and wasn't really impressed of the sight of the shackled, handcuffed girl wearing a prison jumpsuit reading "Juvenile correctional".
- Could you take these off her? I'm pretty sure we can handle her from here. - Matt asked the guard and reached out for the paper, while Jacob, all 7 feet of him, stepped to Julie's side and took hold of her arm with a solid, but not painful grip.

Inside, there was a shower, a locker and a bench, a white hospital gown folded on the later and a towel next to it. Julie could easily find out she was supposed to get undressed, showered and dressed in the hospital clothes.

Dr. Bradock went to finish the papers and prepare for the initial checkup leaving the two staff to deal with Julie. All went fine until she started screaming. Patricia immediately stepped up and turned the water off, holsing her by the shoulders and covering her naked body with a towel as Jacob barged in like a steam engine.
- She's having a flashback! Help me restrain her before she starts seizing! - Patricia explained, and they took the girl to the padded bench where she tried to hold her down as Jacob opened the locker and took the white straps out, then proceeded to strap the girl's hands, feet and chest to the bench while Patricia held her head down.
When she came to she was pretty much immobilized, covered only by the towel, with the nurse still holding her head.
- Are you OK? - she asked cautiously. Jacob was nowhere to be found, he returned to his post on the other side of the door.
