(Not really, you only have to cast it once every few days. Unless he's terrible at magic, I don't see it being a problem.)
Rainbow blushed, trying (fruitlessly) to cover up the accident. It didn't work, of course. "Don't laugh at me!" She said.

(its not that he is terrible at magic but he is kinda forgetfull. maybe we could get someone stronger to cast it for him to last longer . maybe twilight or princess celestia.)
"s..sorry" he chuckled but then calmed down to an occasional snicker.
When he looked at the clock it struck him that he was going to be late for supper.
"ohhh buck i gotta go or my plot will be toast." he yelled as he ran out of the room and the hospital.

As the Doctor went to check on rainbow dash he noticed her condition.
"well we supposed this would happen and as my father always said *never wake sleeping patients* there is still plenty of time to tell her she is bound to wear diapers for the rest of her live." withthat words he left the room to get a nurse to clean and diaper up Rainbow Dash.
