Gon was impressed. He knew Alluka had been confined to her room for a long time, due to the risky nature of her special ability, but it seemed her abundance of stuffed animals had made up for her lack of living companions. "I suppose you regard all of them as your children?"

When they got to the kitchen, there was a highchair set up by the table, which Kikyo proceeded to set Killua in. "You sit tight, honey. I'll get to work right away." Sure, she could just have the butlers cook, but she wanted to handle it personally.

"How interesting," Gon said. "Honestly, I'm a bit jealous. I don't remember my own mother at all; my aunt raised me all by herself. She was always kind to him, but sometimes I wish..."
