Scootaloo opened her eyes slightly, only to close them again. She opened them up once again and looked around the room. Most of what was around her were wall that seemed to be made out of clouds. Weirdly the floor seemed to be to. The orange filly rose an eyebrow, wondering just where she was. "Wait a minute." She said to herself, glancing to her side and spotting Rainbow Dash sleeping. "Wait...Rainbow Dash? If she here then that must mean. OHMYGOSH!" The orange filly yelled, then quickly covered her mouth with a hoof. clearly that was a mistake due to the shock of pain that hit her when she moved. "Im in Rainbow Dash's house!"

Rarity had been sewing some fabric, getting ready to put together a new dress for a very important order. the unicorn hummer to herself, her red glasses resting on her nose. Rarity's ears perked up, hearing a yelp of pain. Sighing to herself, she cut the power to the sewing machine and left the room. The dress would have to wait. Rarity walked to the end of the hall and opened the last door, spotting her sister, who was now awake. "I see somepony woke up." She stated, entering the room and sitting next to Sweetie Belle's bed. "Aww, whats the matter Sweetie?" Her sister asked softly, wiping a few tears away from her sister's face with a hoof.

Rainbow's head shot up at the loud noise next to her ear, literally jumping through her roof and assuming a stance on the roof to glance inside where she couldn't be seen, only to see her charge freaking out. She quickly repaired the hole in her roof and descended into her room once again to inspect the filly a bit. "That didn't happen." She said quickly while she pulled out a bottle of liquid medicine and a foal's bottle. "The doctor said no solid food for a few days, it helps with the spell or something like that." She said, rolling her eyes while she shook the medicine into the formula in the bottle. Hey at least the spell was working, she wasn't sure what sweetie Belle had though.

Sweetie smiled up at her sister despite the pain that shot through her body with each breath and every movement. It was comforting having her big sister there beside her. "S-sorry Rarity it just hurts a lot." She said through her teeth, looking up at her sister and putting on a brave smile as her tears started to dry up a bit. Really it kind of bit being confined to bed, but it was time with her sister and at least she was alive. It all just had to happen with their antics eventually.

Scootaloo watched as Rainbow hod shot up through the roof, making the filly jump just a little, in turn causing her body to give off a surge of pain. the Filly rose an eyebrow, watching Dash come back down and repair the hole in the ceiling. She couldent help but giggle as Rainbow tried to act like nothing happened. "I didnt see a thing." Scootaloo said in a raspy voice. The Orange filly tilted her head again, seeing Rainbow take out a foals bottle. "Wh-whats in there?" She asked, wondering what she had just mixed into the bottle.

Rairty ran a hoof through her little sister's mane trying to comfort her little sister. "No need to apologize Sweetie." She said softly, trying to make her feel better. Rarity smiled, seeing her little sister put on a smile. "Thats my little sister, always managing a smile." she cooed, continuing to stroke her sisters mane. "Would you like me to stay here Sweetie?" Rarity asked. Yes she still had a few orders to finish but family came first, no matter how big the order.

Rainbow chortled (Definitely not a giggle!) a little at the filly's reaction. "Don't worry Squirt it's nothing terrible. Just your medicine and the doctor said this would help enhance your wings. She said they haven't been developing correctly." She said, shaking the bottle up and coming to sit next to Scootaloo, placing the nipple at her lips. She did wonder what she'd done to keep her wings from growing right, but for now she needed to worry about getting her healed for her parent's return. "So where are you parents at right now Squirt?" She asked, figuring it was a place to start off with.

Sweetie smiled up at her sister, snuggling into her gentle strokes. She was careful to take smaller breaths, and shook her head gently. "No I know you have stuff to finish with that new order, though could I have something to eat, and maybe a change?" She said in a raspy voice, her cheeks tinged a deep crimson. She didn't want to drag her sister down, even if she was hurt she'd be on her hooves in a few days, and who knew? Maybe then she could actually help Rarity with something instead of ruining it.

Scootaloo cautiously placed her lips on the nipple of the bottle, starting to drink the liquid. At the first gulp, Scootaloo let out a gag, immediately taking her mouth away from the bottle. "It taste horrible!" The filly exclaimed, looking back to Rainbow Dash. Scootaloo's eyes widened as Rainbow asked where her parents were. She was already asked at the hospital, so why would she be asked again. "Uhm...W-Well...I-I dont know." She admitted.

Rarity shook her head. "No solid food for you yet Sweetie Belle, doctors orders. For now you'll just get a nice bottle of milk. Ill make sure to change you after your feed." Rarity explained, getting up and walking to the door of the bedroom. "Now where did I put that bottle?" She asked herself, stepping out of the room. The unicorn had no idea where she could have lost it, heck, she had just bought it today.

Dash laughed a little at the filly's reaction as she pulled the bottle away and looked for that flavoring they gave her. Though as she was squeezing a little into the bottle she quirked an eye up. Now Dash might not have been as smart as Twilight, but she wasn't dumb, Scootaloo was hiding something; and she intended to find out what. "How can you not know where they are?..." She asked, shaking up the bottle for the filly slowly to work the apple flavoring throughout the foul mixture.

Sweetie let her ears press back against her skull at the head shake, only blushing a deep red at the mention of something else for a foal. "B-bottle?" She asked, quirking up a brow. "But I don't want a bottle!" She said, letting out a loud yelp of pain soon after wards for using up so much air in her lungs at one time. She could almost swear that Rarity was going to enjoy this somewhat too, and it made her pout a little.

"I-I uhm....They didnt tell me?" Scootaloo stated, wishing the bottle was in her mouth right now so she wouldn't have to answer. "They said they were going out for a while and..." The filly took a deep breath and exhaled, looking away from Rainbow Dash. It felt wrong to lie to her idol, especially about her parents. "I-I dont know where they are. I haven't for a while." She confessed, still looking down at the floor.

Rarity sighed, still looking for the bottle. "Now now Sweetie, The doctor had told me to use a bottle so thats what im going to use." She explained. "Now no more yelling, I dont want you to hurt yourself anymore then are already have. There it is!" She exclaimed, coming back into the room after a few seconds, the bottle now partially filled with Milk. Rarity sat back down next to her sister and started to mix in the powder she had received at the hospital.

Rainbow quirked an eyebrow; that first one sounded like Applejack whenever she tried to lie, and she saw right through it. Though finally the truth came out and she slowly bent down to nuzzle the filly. "There there Squirt, look how about I take care of you for?" She asked softly, bringing the bottle to Scootaloo's mouth once again, though this time with a lot more tenderness, and with something that actually tasted halfway decent.

Sweetie still pouted about it, even when her sister finally returned with her 'dinner'. "Alright Rarity, but only for you." She said with a rather loud sigh, finally admitting defeat to the foalish item that was to become a part of her life for at least a little while. She just hoped it tasted alright at least the time she had foal formula a few weeks back while foal sitting with Pinkie it had tasted sweet. Oh well at least nothing more foalish was expected of her.

Scootaloo started drinking from the bottle, not wanting to say a word. Yes the liquid now tasted a little better but not to much, just to the point she could bare it. Scootaloo took a few gulps then pulled back from the bottle, looking to Rainbow Dash. "W-What about when im better?" she asked. "What are we going to do when I can walk and can get out of this diaper?" The orange filly blushed, hearing herself say the word. A sudden realization hit Scootaloo, causing her to bolt up, her body sending another bolt of pain. "I forgot Poofs! I mean, I forgot my stuff..."

Rarity only smiled, her sister looked so cute when she started to pout like that, it just made her look so adorable. The unicorn brought to bottle to Sweetie's mouth, waiting for her to drink. "Oh come now Sweetie, it shouldn't taste that bad." She lied. Of course it was going to taste bad, the doctor had even warned her that sweetie would like it., but her sister didnt need to know that.

Rainbow knew she didn't like it, she could tell just from her facial expression. Though when she talked about being better Dash's face started to fall, she knew the doctor had already told them about what happened. Dash still didn't want to tell her, but she knew she had too, though when she opened her mouth she heard Scootaloo's outburst. She was quickly at the filly's side, holding her down with careful hooves. "Hey now Squirt you have to be careful, you aren't fully healed yet. Don’t worry I’ll still take care of you until your parents return, now who's Poofs?" She asked softly, slowly stroking her mane.

Sweetie knew it wouldn't taste good, medicine almost never did, but none the less he took the nipple in her mouth and started to suckle gently. The second it hit her tongue her face screwed up in tight grimace. It tasted terrible, but still she bared the taste for her sister. At least she only had to take it for a few days, but still once she was three fourths of the way through she pulled away. "C-could I have some grape juice or something?" She asked, repressing a gag.
