(I didn't make any exceptions. You only ever roll initiative when you intend on attacking. If you manage to talk someone down later, then you leave initiative time. And I told you all of this when it happened the first time.
Also, Leadros was warned by the note about what going left would do, and by me when I reminded you, and by the dragon when Leandros showed up. I gave you several warnings.)

The warning spoke of the dungeon, you know, the use of diapers and stuff. Not the final boss.

(Yes, and if Leandros didn't want to risk that ending, he could have gone the other way, or left when he saw the dragon instead of rolling initiative.)

The initiative is already a misunderstanding of the rules.
But send dragons against a rookie! Do not you think you overreacted?

The diapers and those things should be part of the PR too. You should not force me to make a decision to do that.

(I didn't force you to make any decision. You met a powerful creature, who was going to leave you be, as was the wyrmling. Then you would have reached a place to do more adventures. But you attacked instead.)

Again, I was not going to attack, I wanted to run away. It was because of a misunderstanding that he threw the die thinking he had to do it in order to act.
