Itachi opened the door. "Hello there Sasuke." He greeted with a smile. The man was wearing a casual Yukata with the Uchiha Clan sign on his back. "And I'm assuming that's Ikuto?" He asked, gesturing to the shy boy hiding his face into Sasuke's shoulder.

"Hey, Itachi."Sasuke greeted with a smile. "Yup, this is little Ikuto."He nodded and carefully put the boy down.

Ikuto hid behind Sasuke.

Itachi chuckled. "Quite the shy one, isn't he?" He asked and moved out of the way while opening the door, allowing the two to come in. His house was neat and tidy.

"Yeah but he'll warm up to you."He ruffled the boy's hair then he took both their shoes off after they stepped into the house."House looks great, as always."

"Thanks, I try." Itachi responded and remembered something. "I got Ikuto something to sort of welcome him into the family. Do you two mind sitting in the living room while I get it?" He asked.

"Alright, come on, Ikuto."Sasuke took the boy's hand and led him to the living room.

Ikuto quietly waddled over to the living room and plopped his padded butt on the couch.

After a minute, Itachi came back while hiding something behind his back. "Ikuto, I want you to close your eyes and hold out your hands." He told him. Ikuto nodded and closed his eyes, holding out both his hands. Itachi placed a weasel plushie into the boy's hands. "Alright, now open."

Ikuto opened his eyes and looked at the plushie in his hands. His eyes sparkled and he hugged the plushie close to him. Then he gave Itachi a hug. "Thank you Unca Itachi!" He thanked him, saying "uncle" wrong which made it cuter.

Itachi chuckled and hugged him back. "You're welcome Ikuto. Sasuke told me that you loved plushies, so I saw this in the store and figured it would be a nice gift."

Sasuke chuckled."He likes you already, Itachi."He smiled at the two."Can't wait for mom to see him. She won't let him go home with me tonight."He laughed.

Itachi laughed a bit as well at that, while Ikuto looked confused. He pulled away from the hug after a minute and Ikuto quietly snuggled the plushie. "It's so soft..." He murmured and realized something. "I feel like you're kinda making a pun by getting me this."

"How?" Itachi asked.

"Well, it's a weasel plush, and Itachi technically means 'weasel'. And you kinda have the marks on your face that make you look like one." Ikuto explained.

"Yeah, that's the other reason why I got you it. You're quite smart." Itachi ruffled Ikuto's hair, causing him to giggle.

"You gotta be smart and adorable if you're gonna be apart of this crazy family."Sasuke smiled and picked up the boy, hugging him.
