Thank You for sharing that poignant reminder of the unfortunate attitude and spending policy that our federal govenment is taking in regards to the care of our veterans, AB DC! It makes you wonder that if funds were diverted from the US Department of Defense for the cost of making two or three of the higher end ICBM (Inter-Continental Ballistic Missle)s which IMHO, we already have enough of a supply ( Hundreds scattered across in stationary silos, roaming submarines and patroling strategic bombers. Note: I'm not saying that we should get rid of all of our nuclear deterrants - That would be a stupid idea for our defense!) and redirected to the US Department of Veterans Affairs which is supposed to help prevent the situation depicted in the video to which you linked (They're supposed to help veterans get the proper medical help [Ever been to a VA hospital? People say it is a nightmare to stay in one.], get the proper training for jobs, find jobs, get off of any drug addictions and/or find a home if necessary but like the video said, the resources to do so just aren't available.) the situation would be less dire!

Hmm... The current political situation reminds me of what some people thought about President Ronald Reagan back in the 80's during the Cold War between the US and the Soviet Union - Many people thought that Reagan was going to start World War III with his talk about implementing SDI (Strategic Defense Initiative aka The "Star Wars" program) which people thought would provoke the Soviet leader, Mikhail Gorbachev, into considering a further escalation of the nuclear arms race. Luckily, Gorbachev was a man of peace and it worked out in the end with the Soviet Union dissolving and the Cold War ending. So in retrospect, Ronald Reagan was the strong President that America actually needed rather than a troublemaker. I think it would be safe to say that we all have to keep an eye on Donald Trump for the next four years and then eventually let history decide if he really is a hero or a villain.
I'm reminiscing and listening to "Land of Confusion" by Genesis -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHmH1xQ2Pf4 It features the puppets from " Spitting Image".

I've found myself going back to some amazing songs from the Xenosaga series such as Promised Pain, Goddsib And and few others. The vocal tracks in the games are fantastic and the singer is talented as hell when you know that she blends the or more languages(SP?) togather to make wonder and goddly songs.

Hmm... Interesting enough, some of the lyrics of that song have "diaper" in it:
"...
Best believe somebody's payin' the pied piper
All the pain inside amplified by the
Fact that I can't get by with my nine to
Five and I can't provide the right type of
Life for my family 'cause man, these God damn food stamps don't buy diapers
..."

You might also like the calming vocal tone of Hitomi Kuroishi in "Over the Sky", the ending song of the "Last Exile" anime series -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fml10nJPnac or in "Stories", an insert song in the "Code Geass" anime series -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOZBQJZm9Eo

I don't own a PS3 (The PS2 is the last console that I have - It's still in my closet in its original blue box), so I never played the NierR games but Emi Evans' voice in that song sounds very relaxing. It sort of reminds me of Enya's soothing voice.
Speaking of whom ...
I'm listening to "Only Time" by Enya -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7wfYIMyS_dI

The vocalist in the first two songs has a nice, mellow, relaxing tone. The last two (Instrumental) songs sound good in the background for the RPG games.

Ah, YUI singing "Again", the first opening song from FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood. It's certainly energetic. I like Miho Fukuhara's rendition of "Let it Out", the second ending from the same anime, for times when I'm feeling depressed -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zdEm7-mIdP0. It helps to pick me up afterwards. There were a lot of good songs from that anime. Someone translated (English subbed) all five ending songs of the anime (In case you're wondering what the lyrics for "Let it Out" say, you can see them beginning at position 1:30 in the video) -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7Nkc4rRPIM4
Speaking of sad songs, I'm listening to "Sad Songs" by Elton John -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X23v5_K7cXk

That's not risque by today's standards but back then in the '60s, I'm sure that that song was probably forbidden to be listened to in many conservative homes. Another song that was probably even more provocative back then was Nancy Sinatra's "These Boots Are Made for Walking" -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2fPkzJsMU8 (Keep an eye on each girls' dress line and you'll be pleasantly surprised). I first heard the song playing in the background when watching Full Metal Jacket. I guess that the modern day equivalent of Nancy Sinatra's video would be one with girls Twerking to "Wiggle Wop" by Party Favor (Just try to keep up with on those jiggly buns!) -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KlDa-7ea-EM
