"Oh, yeah!" Rainbow Dash agreed, instantly forgetting her troubles and beaming. "It was awesome! There was that bit where you did that thing, and there was the other stuff, and finally you..." She went on like that for a while, rambling about everything she loved from the first couple chapters as time rolled by, not paying attention to the passage of time, nor the pressure building in her bladder.

Daring Do listened to her attentively, nodding along as Rainbow explained everything. The fact it was for her new book, out in public, and with Rainbow being the one to explain everything.... should have given her some more concern than it really did. Daring occasionally asked Rainbow what she thought should happen next in the book, or where she thought Daring was going to lead the characters.

Eventually, Daring noticed some movement in the store, but said nothing, as it looked like they weren't ready to open the door yet. There was a muffled crash inside the store, along with a few yells. "Sounds like we may be a bit longer, Rainbow Dash. You can hold it though, right?"

"What? Oh, yeah, sure," Rainbow Dash said, barely registering the question before she resumed going into detail about how awesome the solitary action scene was. She was sitting down this point, and didn't even seem to realize how much she was squirming and adjust in her sitting position to help deal with the pressure, she was so distracted by her excitement about the book.

Daring noticed the slight squirming every so often, though she partly thought it was also because of how impatient Rainbow Dash had been recently. The store workers were still yelling every so often, or at least it sounded like only one of them was... Regardless, it ended up being another 15 minutes or so before somepony headed towards the door and noticed the two of them. "Sorry about that, we're still trying to clean up in here... is there something you need? I can get it for you as an apology for waiting so long." An older mare offered, holding the door open just enough to stick her head out. Daring couldn't help but smirk slightly as she looked to Rainbow, gesturing to her to speak up if she wanted to say anything now.

Rainbow Dash stopped for a second at the gesture, looking over to the mare in the doorway. "What? Uh, no thanks. I'm good. So anyways," she turned back to Daring Do, her legs crossed tightly to keep from having an accident in the street, "That bit where you were sneaking across the hall to get to the..." And she continued rambling, utterly distracted by the chance to talk about her favorite book with probably the only pony besides Twilight who knew as much about the series as she did.

The mare blinked a few times, shrugging before she headed back into the store to finish up. Daring Do hadn't really expected otherwise, asking for diapers and changing supplies like that to a stranger would have been rather intimidating to most ponies. They continued the conversation for a while, Daring's mood lightening up quite nicely as her headache faded in intensity until it only became a pain from not having eaten in a while.

"Hey, Rainbow? Do you think we might continue this over breakfast? I'm actually getting kinda hungry now." Daring chuckled softly as she hopped off her barrel. "I think we can probably get what we need here, then get something nice before heading back." She smiled at the suggestion before slowly pushing on the door.

"Oh, we're still cleaning up in here, sorry gals!" The mare from before rushed to try and divert the two of them.

"We just need to pick up a few things, we don't mind any mess. Honest." Daring replied, sternly yet politely. "We'll be out of your hair in a jiffy."

The mare sighed as Daring pushed past her, tugging Rainbow along, "Alright... but the restroom is currently in use for cleaning."

Rainbow Dash nodded, getting to her hooves, and suddenly being struck with just how very badly she had to pee. Her hind legs crossed and she looked around frantically, but before she could locate another bathroom she felt Daring Do shove her inside and stumbled forward, nearly having an accident right then and there.

"Please, Daring," she said urgently, as she was drug along towards the diaper aisle. "I r-really don't think I can hold it mu- Whoa!" Her hoof stepped in something slick and wet, spilled cooking oil that hadn't been cleaned up yet, and she tumbled forward, ironically rolling into the diaper aisle and crashing into the shelf. Of course this was jarring enough that her bladder gave way yet again, making a big puddle, soaking her coat, and leaving another mess for the employees to clean up.

"Relax, we'll be in and ou- Rainbow!" Daring winced as the mare went flying into the shelf. That looked like it might hu-... Silence for a good ten seconds as Daring was speechless as Rainbow Dash began to piss all over the floor and the aisle. Some of the packages of diapers had crashed down next to her and were now getting slightly wet as the puddle grew.

The store manager had heard the crash and quickly came over to see what was happening. Her eyes widened before she sighed, heading back to the bathroom to grab the mop from the other employee. Even Daring felt embarrassed about the situation. "Are you quite done?" Daring hissed with little emotion in her voice at all.

Rainbow Dash turned pink, blushing profusely as she got to her hooves and tried to avoid stepping in the puddle, her hindquarters dripping a bit as she flapped her wings, taking to the air. "I- I'm sorry!" She said, her voice cracking. "I- It was an accident?"

While technically true, that defense wasn't one that she had really wanted to use. Of course it was an accident, she hadn't meant to pee all over herself and make a mess of the store, but that didn't really make things any better.

"You stand right there and wait til I clean you off, or I'll tie you up then do it myself." She pointed at the ground emphatically before turning around to go find the store manager. Well, at least they'd have plenty of diapers for Rainbow to wear. Daring would buy all the packages that fell onto the floor, and Rainbow Dash would wear and use every single one of them.

As the store manager came back out of the bathroom, a young colt towing a mop behind her. Daring Do quickly pulled her aside to explain the situation and that she would be buying quite a few things, along with what got spilled, to make up for the mess Rainbow made. Meanwhile, the storehand began to try mopping up the puddle, occasionally glancing up at Rainbow before Daring came back. Drying the packages off with a few paper towels, Daring picked them both up and put them in her saddlebag to keep separate from the rest. "Come with me, Rainbow Dash." She motioned for the mare to follow her back and away from the others to change Rainbow, as the bathroom was not able to be used.
