The communal cook area was currently in operation.

A Utahraptor was dragging back a deer. "Fresh venison!" she called.

"And you need a fresh diaper!" someone called.

Gabriel chuckled softly. He could see some workers cleaning out the drainage field which was little more than a trench covered in rocks.

He turned to Celily. "I'll go cook up something for the group," he said. Already, he could see some people coming in for lunch.

Celily chirped a little on hearing this and looked to him. "Okay then." She answered before seeing more peeps coming in today.

There were more people arriving as Gabriel started cooking. The fire was lit and some potatoes were currently baking in the hot ashes. The scent of meat and garlic hung in the air as a girl barely out of her teens started cooking up some of the venison. A group of preteen boys (two Human and one Cormorant) were busy making fish cakes...and boasting about who caught the most fish.

And of course, there was an adult Compy in a sagging diaper being taken away to be changed.

Gabriel carefully turned over some of the potatoes with a stick.

A Velociraptor approached Celily and looked up at her. "I heard you and Gabe are going hunting after dinner. May I..." The smaller raptor's tail lifted as his cloth diaper bulged out slightly. "Sorry," he added. "But can I join you two?"

Celily sniffles on the various foods being cooked up at this point and watches the situation before looking to the smaller velociraptor. "Its fine, I do that too." She says chirping a little. "Hmm, I am not sure. You may have ask Gabe since it might get dangerous." She responded.

Gabe looked up from his roasting potatoes. "Sure! He can come with us. We're not going too far out. Just at the edges of the town."

The smaller raptor bobbed his head and chittered. "Um, can I get a fresh diaper before we go?"

"Sure. I have to go get my gear as well. And besides, it's only lunchtime!"

The Velociraptor shrunk in on himself. "Eeh, sorry, I forgot." He then scampered off to do whatever.

A Blue Jay and a Raven were perched on a rough wooden table as they emptied their small backpacks of seeds onto a plate that was occupied by some of the smaller birds.

"Fresh rabbit!"

Gabriel staggered back as a Harpy Eagle swooped low and dropped a fresh rabbit on the table. He could smell the scented powder from her diaper area.

"Sorry!" she called. "My group's back." Sure enough, a flock of various eagles were swooping down and depositing their catches. Mostly rabbits and squirrels but someone got a woodchuck.

Gabriel took the potatoes out from the ash. He looked at Celily. "Well, looks like we're going to have rabbit and squirrel for dinner. Not that I mind." He used a pointed stick to spear a potato and waited for it to cool off. He noticed that the basic meals (some salads, fruit, seed and nut dishes) were already out. His stomach growled.

Celily nodded on it. "Its settled..we'll head out after eating." She says while perching up on the harpy dropping a rabbit on the table. She sniffled the scent and chittered a little while seeing the other animals dropped in. She looked to Gabe afterward. "I do not mind of having squirrel and rabbit either." She answered while licking her teeth a bit on the idea of dinner choice.
