Actually Ai it has happened before where Youtube will claim to do something and then ban you outright.
However, those same people are able to file suits against them, this is more so true if you have your network set up so you CAN NOT be scanned - thus rendering the 'you were scanned and found to have this and that on your computer' to be false.
Just to let you know, it is currently illegal for anyone EXCEPT the police, military and certain government branches in the US (not sure about outside) to scan your computer for certain files.
If Youtube is claiming to have scanned your system, they are either:
A. Lieing
B. Got a judge's permission to USE the tools needed to do that (doubtful, since there's no probable cause except someone's word)
C. Did it illegally
D. Called in a favor with someone in either the military or the government (doubtful)
Or
E. Look at A...
I'm going with A to be honest.
