THis has gone on long enough. I consider it a massive over reaction. All this talk about "but they'll ban ab/dl sites!" is complete crap. Sites like this one which contain no photos - where everything is animated are highly unlikely to get outlawed. Even if they did it's not an overnight process - no government can simply decide "right we're banning it from this minute onward". I ask those who have had their youtube accounts banned - did you upload videos/photos of people in diapers? Did you upload artwork of children in diapers? If the answer to either is yes - you are a fool unto yourself. Firstly both videos can be classed as pornography which is against youtubes TOS as it is, secondly you would need a release form under US law keeping a record that the real people in the videos/photos are over 18 and give their full consent (including a copy of ID proving age). If you uploaded videos of diapered anime children... well you were asking for trouble. 99.9% of the people on the internet who stumble across that (or any other form of lolicon/shoutacon type pictures) immediately brand it as child porn - as it appears have the google employees investigating the reported video. Give up, move on and get on with it

SHare your fetish on SAFE sites. Grow up guys - this entire thread is bitching about a video that has 10,000 views on youtube... over half of them are from people who have visited multiple times to keep resonding and commenting... GET OVER IT.

All respect given where it is due but, You have to agree I do have a valid point as I have spoken to the people at the YouTube Abuse and Safty office and that is exactly what they told me so if its over reacting then its because of youtube. Plus I have said multiple times its worse case senario, and I have never posted videos I can't I'm on a phone.... What I did was private message the guy who made the video and he reported me to YouTube for being a pedophile. That is unfair but where the rest of it comes it to play is this: I was told I was lucky I wasn't charged with posesion of child porn. That is biased as being AB/DL doesn't make me a child molester, pedophile, or anything. BTW The States have a history of overreacting infact it is against the law in Tulsa to sag your pants because appearently it is associated with gang violence. So I for one am not going to expect the government to be reasonable...

Anyway the situation worked itself out YouTube is banning the guy, restoring my account, and AI baned MRDRWINSLOW, so yeah I was just mad that I was banned for no reason :P

Actually Ai it has happened before where Youtube will claim to do something and then ban you outright.

However, those same people are able to file suits against them, this is more so true if you have your network set up so you CAN NOT be scanned - thus rendering the 'you were scanned and found to have this and that on your computer' to be false.

Just to let you know, it is currently illegal for anyone EXCEPT the police, military and certain government branches in the US (not sure about outside) to scan your computer for certain files.

If Youtube is claiming to have scanned your system, they are either:

A. Lieing
B. Got a judge's permission to USE the tools needed to do that (doubtful, since there's no probable cause except someone's word)
C. Did it illegally
D. Called in a favor with someone in either the military or the government (doubtful)
Or
E. Look at A...

I'm going with A to be honest.
