" D... diapers? " Derpy asked, looking over at the very adorable diapers. " Wo-Won't I be made fun of for wearing diapers...? E-Especially if somepony sees me 'using' them...? " She was already made fun of for her eyes, as well as other things, she didn't want more excuses for ponies to make sun of her!

"Of course not mom." Dinky smiled, having followed her parents inside, dragging Sparkler (and a mug of coffee), along, "We'll wear diapers with you!"

"That's a good idea sweetie, we won't let you go into this alone. Plus, it's not the strangest thing I've done. If you had been there during my brother's bachelor party..." He chuckled, kissing Derpy.

" Wh--Wait, I don't-- " Sparkler squeaked, then sighed. " I mean, yeah... um.. we'll all wear diapers. ... I-I guess. " She said, blushing regretfully. She didn't really like the idea of wearing diapers, but she was willing to do it for her Mom's sake. And as long as no one saw her.

Derpy sniffled, smiling at the support her family was giving her. " Th..Thank you, all of you. "

"No need to thank us sis!" Ditzy smiled, popped ing out of the panel, a diaper already wrapped around her flank, "We're here for you all the way!" She nuzzled Derpy.

"Alright, well, I guess we get you padded Derpy." Whooves pecked her on the lips.

Derpy giggled, kissing Whooves back. " O-Okay, I'm ready. " She said, still a little nervous about the whole 'needing diapers' situation. But she was at least confident that nothing bad would happen to her.

The Doctor nodded, placing a diaper and changing supplies aside. "Alright, let's pad you up my sweet." He poured a bit of foal powder into his hooves, and gently massaged them into Derpy's groin and flank, followed by oil. Raising her hind legs, he expertly diaper her, making sure there were no leaks, " Done." He patted the front.

"You look cute sis," Ditzy smiled, putting the supplies back after she quickly padded Sparkler and Dinky,

"It's so soft." Dinky giggled,waddling.

Derpy couldn't help but blush as she was diapered--She never thought this would be a thing that would happen to her. She didn't even know there were diapers made for adult ponies. When the diaper was completely on her, she shyly wiggled her tush, her padding crinkling gently in response.

" Ah... I-It really is soft. " She said, smiling.

Ditzy chuckled at her sister's reaction, taping Sparkler's diaper after applying the powder and oil.

Sparkler blushed heavily, not knowing how to react to the puffy garment.

The Doctor hummed as he padded himself up, pecking Derpy and Ditzy on the lips, "Well, Derpy, Ditazy, I didn't think you two could look even more adorable." He complimented, "But I was wrong."

"Hey Sparkler, maybe you could ask that nice colt or filly you like t change you." Dinky teased, playfully elbowing her sister.

Ditzy snickered, returning the kiss, "Oh, here's you half of paycheck." Ditzy hoofed two bags of bits to her twin.

Sparkler huffed, looking off to the side in bashfulness. " Do....Don't say stuff like that, Dinky...! "

Derpy giggled at the Doctor's comment, also returning the kiss. " Ah, thank you Ditzy! " She smiled, taking the two bags of bits. " And thank you again for taking my place while I was gone. "

"No prob DH." Ditzy smiled, tussling her younger twin's mane good-naturedly. "Well, we could change each other if one or more of us needs it," she said to the others,

"Of course, that would be fine with me" The Doctor helped Derpy off the table.

Dinky snickered, "Maybe Pip could change me if I need one when we're on a date." She mused, poking the padding.
