Birth
Hikaru was born 14 years ago in Kumogakure, the Village Hidden in the Clouds to his loving parents Huruka and Leon, and he had an older brother, Laika, who was older than him by 4 years and already a Jounin of Kumogakure. About 10 days after his birth, he was infected with a virus that caused him to gain cat-like traits and habits, and due to this, it was known as the Neko Virus, and although there had been a few cases of it and the virus wasn't contagious (which was its fundamental flaw), the shinobi world never truly trusted these people, most of them thinking it was some strange Kekkei Genkai for an unknown reason. Despite this fact, Hikaru's parents still loved him, even if he was a Neko Boy, and his brother Laika still cared about him, no matter what everyone thought, and he was protective of his little neko boy brother, and would defend him whenever he needed it and this made his family the source of many rumours of Kumogakure's citizens.
Hikaru was trained from an early age of 5 years old by his brother and father, who were patient and careful with the boy's training, noticing that the virus had resulted in Hikaru possessing enhanced hearing, smell and sight, something many cats had, but he also seemed to be affected by catnip in the same way as a cat would be (with temporary euphoria) and also in the way a human would be (a slight sedative effect, making him sleepy after the euphoria ended), however he slept as often as a cat did and in the same way cats normally did, curled up on his bed every night. Hikaru knew that everyone in the Academy would think that he was a freak when he entered the Academy and if they found out his secret, so he took great steps to wear suitable clothing that would hide his cat ears and cat tail while also seeming like regular clothing and making him seem normal. When he turned 6 years old, he entered the Academy, ready to begin training in order to become a Genin of Kumogakure and make his parents proud.
Academy Student Arc
Hikaru was a straight A student in the Academy, mastering many of the techniques fairly quickly and to a high degree of skill, although he wasn't popular among the male students because he was extremely popular among the female students. The popularity all started when one day in class, the teacher was sick and tired of Hikaru always wearing his hoodie up and a baseball cap on, knowing that Hikaru was hiding something, and he told Hikaru to take off the hat and pull down his hood several times, but each time Hikaru refused, up until the teacher walked up to him and forcibly took off his cap and pulled down his hood, revealing his cat ears to everyone, and the male students laughed uproariously at Hikaru's cat-like traits calling him a freak although most of the female students thought that Hikaru was extremely cute.
Hikaru was stressed and couldn't think of anything else, since the teacher was plainly laughing with a giant grin, so he used one of the knockout gas grenades he had developed and ran out of the classroom, and hid himself at the place in the village where Hikaru and Laika normally talked after Laika's missions and after Hikaru was finished with the Academy for the day. When the class woke up several minutes later, due to the grenade being a weak one, they were surprised to see Hikaru gone, and the female teachers and female students berated the teacher who had revealed Hikaru's secret to the world and laughed at him.
When Laika found Hikaru after a while, he was shocked to see that Hikaru was crying, obviously stressed from the fact that even the teacher laughed at his ears, and he calmed down the crying Hikaru, sneakily using catnip to get Hikaru to sleep and took Hikaru home while he explained to the Academy Faculty of the fact that Hikaru had been infected with the Neko Virus when he wsa only 10 days old. The next day, the male students still thought he was a freak but the female students sympathized with Hikaru, and apparently the female students had overheard Laika and the faculty talking, and understood what Hikaru had been scared off and why he released that gas grenade in the classroom. After he had mastered all of the Academy techniques and even a few others, he graduated from the Academy and became a Genin, being slightly more open about his secret, but he still kept it from most of the village.
Genin Arc
Hikaru had become a Genin and was a member of a squad of Genin, and their sensei was a Jounin by the name of Sora, and she was very kind and patient, and Hikaru was shocked that she was able to know his secret as soon as he met her, wondering if she found out from the faculty of the Academy, but he was glad to have finally become a Genin, and he quickly made friends with his team-mates, who were two of the female students he knew when he in the Academy. Hikaru had shown skill with the Fuuton chakra element, demonstrating his skill with it on several occasions on missions, and he saved up the money he got from the missions, which resulting in him having somewhat of a small fortune, due to how carefully he spent it and how much he saved, but Laika brought his family more money than him, probably because Laika was a Jounin and stuff. However when he turned 12, some of the jealous male students he had known from the Academy betrayed him in that they lied to some of the anti-bloodline shinobi in the village, saying that Hikaru's cat like traits were a sign of a bloodline, which was based on the fact that the shinobi nations believed that the Neko Virus wasn't a disease but a force that granted bloodlines.
In the end, his home was razed to the ground and his parents were killed, then in his last dying moments, Laika used a technique that teleported him away from Kumogakure, in order to protect him, and then Hikaru never saw his family alive again, and in his grief, Hikaru broke off all ties with Kumogakure, breaking his Kumogakure headband into pieces and throwing them into the ocean, and then his life as a wanderer of the land began.
Wanderer Arc
Over the last year, Hikaru has been wandering the land, doing odd jobs to get money and occasionally learn new techniques, but he has been keeping the signs of his infection with the Neko Virus hidden, as he doesn't know that the shinobi nations no longer believe that the Neko Virus was a sign of a bloodline, but he hasn't been informed of this yet, but after what happened to his family, he has some trust issues and his childish behaviour at times is a result of his age, the shock of his family being murdered, and also the effects of his cat-like traits and habits.

Hikaru has been affected by a virus that affected his genetics in a way so that he gains cat-like traits and habits, mainly cat ears, a cat tail, fear of water, sleeping for most of the day, being affected by catnip in a way that cats would be and in the way that humans are, curls up like a cat when sleeping, and other things as well. This has resulted in his senses being augmented but not his reflexes, meaning he has enhanced hearing (allowing him to hear things better and at higher ranges than humans), enhanced sense of smell (allowing him to smell things better than humans), enhanced sight (allowing him to see further than a regular human would be able to).

Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.

Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.

Kaze no Yaiba is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Sand ninja Baki. After forming the needed hand seal, a cutting whirlwind will envelop his opponent and cut them to pieces. Unlike a real sword which can face resistance, the wind blade will be able to slice with little difficulty.

- Kunai ~ This throwing knife is one of the common weapons of a ninja. It is often kept in a holster on the leg in a pouch attached to the belt. The Kunai can be used in conjunction with explosive tags and other weapons to form deadly combos.
- Shuriken ~ Another common weapon, the shuriken is often kept in a holster on the leg or in a pouch attached to the belt.
- Senbon Needles ~ The senbon was first used by doctors in acupuncture, it was then adopted by ninja and Hunter-nins to hit points on the body to cause death, deaden limbs or cause their target to fall unconscious.
- Double-bladed Tanto ~ Hikaru's Tanto is just a regular tanto, except for the fact it has a tanto blade extending from both ends of the weapon's handle, making it effective to block with. Each blade has its own scabbard, which are actually retractible instead of having to be removed, which takes the form of a multi-segment metal barrier that extends from the handle to cover both blades, and the segmented metal scabbards prevent any cutting with the blades while covered. The metal scabbards can be retracted by Hikaru channelling his chakra into the handle for a second, which reacts to retract the scabbard or cover the blades with the scabbard depending which has happened first.
- Reverse Blade Katana ~ Hikaru's Katana is a special kind of katana, which has its cutting edge on the inside edge of the blade on the other side, making it impossible to cut with when wielded like a regular sword. The cross-guard and hand-guard also prevent Hikaru from using it so that he can cut with the cutting blade, and the only way to do so is to destroy the cross-guard and hand-guard, but the non-bladed side of the katana can act as a bashing or smashing weapon in that being it by it is like being hit with a giant metal pole at high speed.

- Knockout Gas Tags ~ These tags are variants of the common exploding tag used by shinobi, and when activated, they release an explosion of smoke that is laced with a highly potent concentration of vaporized catnip, which has a sedative effect on humans, making it more effective than regular knockout gas, but due to much confusion about the name, it has remained to being called a Knockout Gas Tag.
- Calming Gas Tags ~ These tags are similar to Hikaru's Knockout Gas Tags in that they release a vaporized chemical or substance to cause an effect to all those who inhale it. The Calming Gas Tags release a vaporized form of a mixture of serotonin extracts from plants and nuts such as walnut and hickory as well as other plants and nuts. The extracts are designed to cause a temporary massive decrease in aggression through the serotonin in the extracts, which is an inhibitor of the chemicals that control aggression. The extracts are in a certain concentration so that they are high enough to be extremely effective but low enough as to not be toxic to those inhaling it for an extended time of exposure. There is no way to resist the effects of the extracts due to it affects the human body chemistry and other things in the brain and the body to inhibit the release of aggression-increasing hormones and chemicals.
- Laptop Computer ~ A portable computer owned by Hikaru, which he mainly uses for entertainment and research, possessing extremely strong firewalls and anti-virus programs on it while possessing excellent graphics and sound quality and processing speed.
- Knockout Gas Grenades ~ Like the Knockout Gas Tags, these grenades release a vaporized form of catnip, which has a sedative effect on humans, making it effective for putting people unconscious naturally without any physical signs, and will release the gas once it strikes a physical object after being thrown. The catnip is extremely potent, making it impossible for the victims to resist their body's sudden urge for sleep.

As such, it is capable of withstanding most of the Iyoku Flames, including Storm flame but only to a limited extent. When it is unsheathed, an aura of Rain flames automatically surrounds the two blades of the weapons
Box Weapon Description: White Redeemer appears to be a unique katana-type weapon. It has two blades, one on either side of the handle, and has its own cross-guards. It also has a hand-guard on one side to protect the hand wielding it from enemy weapons. It is capable of being pulled apart into two separate katanas, as the length of the handle is equivalent to the handles of two katanas. Also the blades of the weapon also appear to be pearl white in colour but it is made of regular Tamahagane Steel forged in a manner to cause this strange phenomenon.
Box Weapon Location: Stored in a special scabbard which is attached to Tatsuki's lower back. Otherwise it is stored in a special box that summons the weapon from it when Tatsuki applies his Dying Will flame to the box

From Birth to Academy Days
Tatsuki Iyoku Aoki was born into the prestigious Aoki elite family who originated in a long forgotten now destroyed Saidogakure (Village Hidden in the Sky), and due to his family's origins as being part of the nobility of Saidogakure, Tatsuki Iyoku Aoki was brought up to be a gentlemen, however the Aoki family were also known to have been elite shinobi as well, and as such, when he wasn't being taught how to be a gentlemen, he was taught in the path of shinobi. Tatsuki's mother was a member of the Iyoku family, the clan whose bloodline granted them the second strongest flame in the world, rivalled only by the flame of the Two Tailed Beast, the Nekomata. Tatsuki first awakened his flame at the age of 10 years old, and it was discovered that his flame was the Rain Flame, the flame of tranquillity, the flame that had the ability to weaken and neutralize other Iyoku Dying Will Flames. The Rain Flame was more akin to the Suiton Element than the Katon Element, so it was of course that it was soon discovered that Tatsuki's basic chakra affinity was towards the Suiton Element. He was sent to the Iwagakure Shinobi Academy to learn how to be a Shinobi, in the village where Tatsuki's branch of the vast Aoki family was living. He soon discovered his Box Weapon and his Box Animal, both of which suited his personality to certain extents, the Double Bladed Katana known as the White Redeemer and the Rain Siberian Tiger known as Hoshiakari. Tatsuki has obtained a ring that allows him to utilize his flame in order to unlock the powers stored in his Boxes. Now Fourteen Years Old, Tatsuki has become a Shinobi of the Stone Village, and is ready to write his own path into the tales and records of the history of the Shinobi World.
